The sound from the computer is unclear and difficult to understand at times.

The sound from the computer is horrible The sound is unclear, the music goes in and out and it is often difficult discern what is being said. I can listen to youtube, Zoom or Webex with great sound on my iPad and iPhone, However, the computer is inconcsistent and a disappointment. It's not functional. Unfortunately, I need a computer for daily activities, like email. I cannot speak with someone and it was cancelled after I told them I was out of state and left the computer at home. I have video of the sound.

Our recent experience was great

Our recent experience was great. Our 75" tv developed a problem. We only had to contact Allstate once and the rest was through texting - thrm to us and us to them. We had a new tv on the way very quickly. No complaints with anything.

They claim my problem with my washer…

They claim my problem with my washer was not electrical or mechanical so they wouldn't fix it. I.called someone and they came.atraight out amd fixed the lock mechanism on my washer. 250 dollars gone cause my covered insurance didn't cover my repair. I don't think i can recommend allstate.
