This is a great estates agency, and staff such as Mark are professional and knowledge with a can do attitude, and a tailor made approach. Highly recommended.

I have been working with Squires since the beginning, 2004! I bought one of my first properties in Finchley through Adam Redhouse and they still manage it and others in my portfolio. I have used Squires numerous times for buying and renting.

I like their honest, straight forward way of doing business. No games like other Agents I have dealt with.

Excellent service. Trustworthy people. We were nervous to look for a new home beforehand. The people at Squires were helpfully and made it much easier than we thought it would be.

I have used Squires for sales and Lettings over the last 10 years and always found them to be professional and courteous. They have a professional team and good infrastructure in place. Unlike other agents there are no hidden costs, they explain everything in a simple way and genuinely respect everyone in the process. I have no hesitation in recommending friends and family and they always go the extra mile.

Found a good quality tenant very quickly. Good communication. Great attention to detail, particularly around referencing. Go above and beyond in helping find contractors etc despite not officially managing my property for me. Finally an estate agent you can actually trust!

As a landlord, I’ve used Squires numerous times, both for renting and selling properties, and I must say they have been wonderful every single time. Their service is highly professional, making the entire process exceptionally easy. Mark in rental is brilliant!

We put an offer to rent a flat. The next day we received a call from Zack but unfortunately we were out and about so I said I would call him back, I called the office and spoke to a woman who said she would get him to call, I never got a return call..so emailed him to be told he had given the flat to someone else. We have turned down other viewings because of this. What a joke.

Full of false promises. They leave everything to the last minute and put you under pressure. Hide stuff and a complete rip off. Avoid it like plague.

As a landlord I am extremely frustrated with the apparent systems in place. Lots of hoop jumping and a silly in house reporting system etc- not fit for purpose and pointless when it’s not kept to. Avoid avoid avoid! So many reputable independent agents in the area I shan’t be using squires again.
