Do not shop here

Do not shop here! To be fair I have never had an issue with the shoes I have previously purchased. However, the customer service team is a total joke. Stadium Goods falsely advertised a Black Friday deal online offering a pair of Jordan 4’s at retail. However, when you click the link the shoes we not at retail. I immediately called (11:56 am) and made them aware of the situation, and at first, they were trying to assist and said their new system was having issues, but they would call me back once they figured it out. They asked for screen shots which I provided and 2 hours later at roughly 2:30 pm they emailed me back stating the deal was now done for the day….I have spent 20 days emailing back and forth with them and they have now refused to respond to emails. They are crooks and charge about 20% more than other secondary sneaker sites anyway so do your business elsewhere.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have never dealt with a retail company this bad. On the order I noticed an address mistake SECONDS after placing the order. I attempted to find a number with no quick success to speak with a rep to make the change. I also
Emailed them to let them know. When I finally did receive an email back, I was told I could NOT correct the mistake. They had shipped the order already. I told them to cancel the order. They could not. They gave me the number to another department. They confirmed that they could not immediately cancel the order but would make a note to have the product shipped back to their headquarters… guaranteeing once it was received I would have a full refund. 10 days later I received an email that my order was near the destination ….THE WRONG ADDRESS. I emailed them again only to have them tell me they could do nothing about it. What in the world?! So, there I have it. A product I paid full
Price for at a strangers house 2 hours away. No particular person to blame; but super disappointed. I will never use this company again, and I will let others know to stay away.

My worst buying experience

It’s been more than two weeks since I made a purchase, but they still do not have the item to ship.
I’ve been trying many times to cancel the order to get a refund, but they still would not cancel the order.

Never received my purchase

Never received my purchase, lost in transit. Would not offer to ship out another pair of shoes in replace of the lost ones. Now they (Stadium Goods) will not refund my money. Can’t get a hold of senior management to see what else can be done. Lost a customer for life.

BOUGHT A PAIR OF JORDANS TRIED TO CANCEL 10 MIN AFTER I ORDERED BECAUSE I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE.
WAS TOLD ONCE I RECIEVE THEM TO SEND THEM BACK WITHIN 3 DAYS AND I DID JUST THAT.
STADIUM GOODS WOULD NOT RETURN MY EMAILS AND FINALLY I WAS ABLE TO TALK TO A REP AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE NOT THE SAME SHOES THEY SENT ME THAT I RETURNED BACK AND THEY WERE DAMAGED WITH SHOE GLUE ALL OVER THE INSIDE OF THE HEELS.
I NEVER EVEN OPENED THIS BOX AND I RETURNED IT IN THE SAME PACAKAGE AND BOX THAT WAS SENT TO ME AND WHEN I RETUNED THEM TO REORDER ANOTHER SIZE THEY TOLD ME THESE ARE NOT THE SAME SHOES THEY SENT ME AND THEY ARE DAMAGED LOL LOL LOL.
THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND AND THEY ARE SENDING ME THESE DAMAGES SHOES BACK THAT I BELIEVE THEY DAMAGED THEMSELVES INTENTIONALLY TO NOT GIVE ME A REFUND.
IF YOU LOOK AND GOOGLE STADIUM GOODS REVIEWS YOU WILL SEE DOZENS UPON DOZENS OF BAD NEGATIVE REVIEWS JUST LIKE THIS FOR THEW SAME EXACT REASONS.
THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND SCAMS PEOPLE AND WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS AND MAKES UP EXCUSES OF HOW WE THE BUYERS HAVE DAMAGED OR SENT BACK THE WRONG ITEMS.
THE WEBSITE TO THE (BETTER BUISNESS BEREAU OF NY) ALSO HAS DOZENS OF THE SAME NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever! I returned an unworn pair of Nike golf shoes in perfect condition and received the return back at my door weeks later- thrown in a box with no packaging and they said they were worn! $360 shoes! Never worn on my part….. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARENT LEGIT!!!

I had the worst experience!!!!! I bought my son some $432.00 shoes for Easter and Making A honor roll. I order the wring size and immediately canceled. They said they already send it to the Fullfillment Center after 5 mins. THEY SAID I HAD TO SHIP THEM BACK FOR A REFUND... SO I ORDERED THE RIGHT SIZE RIGHT AWAY SO THEY WOULD BE BE BY EASTER. I GOT THE SHOES AND NEVER OPENED THE BOX BC I ALREADY PRINTD THE RETURN LABEL TO GET A REFUND. I SENT THE SHOES BACK AND GOT AN EMAIL FROM STADIUM GOODS AND THEY SENT ME PHOTOS OF THE SHOES AND IT LOOKED LIKE A PINK HIGH LIGHTER ON THE BACK OF THE SHOE. I FOUGHT BACK AND WITH THE 3RD PARTY WHICH AMAZON SAID TO DO. I SPENT $432.OO AND THEY GAVE ME A CREDIT FOR $0.01 FOR THE SHOES AND WOULD NOT SEND THEM BACK TO ME. I THEN AFTER WEEKS OF GOING THRU BS I REACHED OUT TO AMAZON AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY. WELL THEY DID NOT AND GOT THE RUN AROUND THROUGH BOTH COMPANIES. I'M OUT $432.00. I'M A SINGLE MOM AND WAS HOPING TO SURPRISE MY SON WITH HIS DREAM SHOES WHICH I DID BUT IT WAS ALL A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same experience several other users had…

Same experience several other users had when returning shoes that were too small for my son but fit in another color he bought a few weeks prior. They said they were worn. Sounds like a bait and switch. DO NOT use them! Our 1st and 2nd purchases were very good experiences so we kept using them until this next purchase. The shoes were NEVER worn and were returned the next day we received them. The only good thing was there customer service did answer but then again said they were shown to be worn and retirned them back which “they” paid shipping but didn’t matter cuz the initial price for the shoes was pretty pricey. They sent the shoes back luckily I was able to wear them so that’s the only saving grace. Won’t use them again.

UNPROFESSIONAL - Never Ever Support Such Untrustworthy Business

I had an extremely bad customer experience with Stadium Goods.

It will be my first and last time buying from Stadium Goods.

And I will NOT RECOMMEND Stadium Goods to anyone.

Stadium Goods is NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOT SINCERE, NOT GENUINE, NOT HONEST and NOT DECENT in their business dealings!

Stadium Goods expects their customers to adhere to their Return and Refund policy however they themselves do not follow the rules! In fact, they lie and cheat on their customers!

My Story :

I bought a pair of Nike shoes and it was too small as the cutting was petite. I packed everything nicely and followed all the return and refund instructions. I even went the extra mile to place the printed return labels into water proof zip lock plastic bags and pasted them
nicely on the outer box. I sealed the entire box with 3M tape. It was safer and nicer than when the parcel first arrived at my house. However they claimed that the pair of shoes were worn and hence not entitled to a refund. I was totally shocked!!! I was appalled that the reason they gave was that the pair of shoes was worn which was absolutely untrue!

My arguments were (1) it was too small how am I gonna wear it out? (2) the huge plastic tag was still intact on the shoes how to wear out?

I merely tried on the shoes at home (indoors) and just for a moment, less than 3 minutes and I decided it didn’t fit I had to return it and buy a bigger size. Trying the shoes is legit alike trying a pair of shoes in a retail store. Moreover this is an online purchase hence of course I had to try the shoes from home.

Secondly, I am a person with principles and integrity. I have a reputation and am well respected in my society. It’s very insulting to claim that I returned a worn pair of shoes…I am so disgusted and appalled by such lie, I am willing to forego the price of that pair of shoes … Stadium Goods you guys stood so low … it’s a shame!!! You guys are not reputable and totally not respectable!

Great Experience!

I wasn't sure what to expect from this vendor given all the negative reviews. However, my experience with them was extremely positive. I received the exact shoes I ordered in just a few days even though they appear to have shipped from the Netherlands and I am in the US. The shoes and packaging arrived in perfect condition and were just as advertised. Unfortunately for me, I ordered them a bit too large, so I had to return them. I y was incredibly simple to return them via DHL with the label the vendor provided. They picked up the shoes at my door on time. I was issued a full refund... No questions asked! I would buy from them again. 100%

DONT SELL TO THEM YOUR SHOES!!!!!! I sold a them a pair of my daughters Ben and Jerry Nikes which I paid $2k for them to resell them which they only offer me $1200 which I really needed the money to help pay my bills!! They received them but they rejected them bc of the wrong box. I had to reach out to them on where my daughter’s $2k shoe so I can sell them on eBay or Poshmark and they didn’t email back for weeks which it went to spam. I happened to check my spam bc I didn’t see email they sent back. The email they sent back to me was that I had 14 days to respond or they were going to keep my shoe or donate them and also they sent an invoice to pay for them to return my daughter shoes back paid by the time I found the email it was passed 14days so I went ahead and paid the invoice thinking maybe they would still ship them back also sent them an email explaining what happened which they never responded back!! Do they really think someone is going to not want a pair of shoe that cost $2k back. It’s been over a week and they still haven’t even responded back. I called their customer service crying bc that’s $2k that I could of use to pay my bills. They couldn’t help me bc it was the consignment part of Stadium Goods which that side of the business is only by email. I never write reviews but that’s wrong!!

$$$$ first….customer experience LAST!!

Do not buy from this company!! There r better companies, such as Stock X and Goat, that actually care about their customers and not out to just make buck. This company does not put their customers first that’s evident. They sent me two different size Yeezy‘s. Tried to send them back because they werent worn and the logo zip ties were still attached, however, I had missed placed outer box, so therefore, they stated they could not refund my money. I actually did not want any money back. I just wanted the missing shoe or another pair… The answer was still no! Fast forward over a year later I ran across the missing box, shoes still sitting on shelf just as they were when I purchased them. I once again try to return them, being that they r still a leading seller on their website, thinking maybe they would like to rewrite their wrong and help a faithful customer actually get wear out of a $400 pair of shoes, but once again denied. There is absolutely no reason why they should not be able to take them back, even if it’s been over a year, box or no box!! I might see some validity if the shoes were discontinued, Let me clarify… I had the inner box the shoes came in, just not the outer box, Any reparable company would have refunded money immediately to their customer, especially when it’s their costly mistake, at the very least store credit, sent back in grocery bag!!!! But it all boils down to the almighty dollar, some worse than others, this one, the very worst!
