My experience with Stadium Goods was amazing last year on Wednesday December 20th 2023 I ordered my first pair of shoes they shipped my package fast and they delivered it on Saturday the 23rd the box was not damaged in the shoes were good condition for me personally I will highly recommend buying shoes from Stadium Goods is 100% Legit

If I could give them zero stars I would. I received 2 different size shoes. They were very rude and stated unfortunately there isn’t anything they can do. Offered me to send shoes back and wait 10-15 days for a refund after inspected and received. Waste of money and time. Does not honor their word on website and does not verify shoes before shipping.

If you are thinking about ordering from them think again. HORRIBLE customer service. I tried to return bc of wrong size and they wouldn’t respond until it was too late to return. 1-3 days only for returns. They take forever to ship and then give you a day or so if you need to send back.

I made a purchased a pair of Nike air max plus from stadium goods and after wearing them twice the fabric faded. Upon contacting them they said they were not responsible. I will never purchase from them again.

I wish we had read these reviews on how they handle returns. I’ve purchased before with no issues and received shors OK. Do not buy from them if you think you’ll need to return or exchange. Ain’t gonna happen. They would not return or exchange my shoes and said they had been worn when they had not. Although I received the shoes back the next day or so the point is I wanted an exchange because the size I ordered should have fit. DO NOT order their company sucks. Buy on eBay or Amazon for cheaper and you get confidence in your product that you’ll be able to return or exchange if you’re not satisfied. I will say the customer service person I emailed and spoke to was very nice and my shoes were returned as promised in perfect Condition as I had sent them. That is the company’s saving grace I guess. Smh

I returned perfectly brand new shoes to this company and they refused me a refund--only giving sales tax back and charging a 100% restocking fee. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT.

I ordered a pair of UGG Talisman shoes as a Christmas gift and they did not fit. I returned them and they sent them back to me saying they were discolored, worn and had no tags. These shoes are in perfect, brand new condition. I've requested to have this escalated to upper management with no response. Be very careful if you purchase anything from this company. They are very unethical.

I ordered Nike vapormax men and my item was never received and they are giving me a hard time about refunding my money. These people are POS and nobody should order from this place. They should be shutdown

I wanted panda dunks low womens size 8 and looked everywhere for them. Stadium goods was the only ones who had them in stock. I got mine today & love them. Yes they are real! Yes true to size. Very satisfied! And I got them fast. Definitely will order from them again. 🖤🐼🤍 thanks from Angie!! ❤️

tried to return an item but started a case w/CC company first.
SG tried to refuse a return because it fell outside a 3 day window—this was a gift and the giftee was unable to open earlier.
when i told SG i had opened a case they then opened the return window and required picks of an invoice that wasn’t in the box and tags that weren’t on the shoes.
when i told them those items where missing they said “tough luck”.
i said i had a video of the box being opened and i was sure my CC company would see it differently.
when SG wanted to see proof, i showed them and then miraculously SG agreed to refund.
i would have exchanged but i was so offended.
maybe they are used to pushing kids around but im a grown adult w/an income larger than theirs and wont be pushed around.
i am also taking my biz to the competitor.
buyer beware, SG will look for any reason to refuse a return.

Delivered the wrong item, and then the right item in the wrong size. Just incompetent, also seem to be related FarFetch. The returns policy involved photos of every aspect of the unused incorrect item, gave up.

I bought a pair of Ugg slippers for my wife. Sold out everywhere in Europe but managed to find them on this website. They were a bit more expensive than the rrp but I didn’t mind. Only read reviews after I’d purchased them. Obviously I was very apprehensive having read the reviews. Shoes arrived really quickly, 3 days maybe from the US to Ireland. Slippers were perfect, totally genuine. I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience with this company but mine was great.

I ordered the Jordan 6 red Toro's and there are way too many imperfections for them to be Jordans,you can see a lot of glue around edges and the paint lines are sloppy,I don't recommend ordering from stadium goods!

I'm not sure what happened with the low reviews but I CAN say they were great to work with. I was having trouble with a label and actually got a call (not just an email) by someone who wanted to help. Some of the best customer service I've ever received. I'll be ordering another pair soon in a different size. The product was shipped quickly and came in great condition.

DO NOT purchase items from this website. they have the most ridiculous return or exchange policy. I purchase Adidas shoes on sale for 165.00 and turned out too large. All I wanted was an exchange in size, but they will not even grant the exchange. Will pass on to everyone i know purchases online products, Not to use this website for their needs.

Ordered a pair of Nike women’s low dunks for my daughters Christmas and received dietary supplements. Called customer service numerous times and they refuse to refund or acknowledge any wrongdoing. How can you get a totally wrong item and they keep your money! $188 they took
