Customer service was great
Reading reviews I was a little iffy on my first purchase but some times you just got to take a chance

Bought a pair of shoes and was sent incorrect item. Returned the items as shipped. Got email back stating the return wouldn’t be accepted due to stadium good tags not on item. Explained I didn’t want a refund, just
The correct shoe and this is how the item was shipped. They refused to admit fault. Completely scammed and very disappointed.

Stay away! Not Customer Service oriented. Stay away! This company is not interested in any type of resolution. I ordered Nikes . UPS didn’t deliver the package.
They assured me that they contacted UPS, and was rerouting it back to me. Told me not to worry about what the tracking information said. In reality it was rerouted back to stadium goods. They refused to give me a refund until they went through their process and first received the item that I never had delivered and this can take a couple of weeks.

Today I received fake Adidas yeezy from this shop which was ordered via Farfetch. The price on Farfetch I have paid is 407€, 389€ sneakers and 18€ for delivery. In the invoice of Stadium goods the price is 239.60€. The sneakers have only one label and its not from Adidas, also in invoice the country of origin is China, but they were made in India! They are bad quality, there are two small holes on the sole, also on the side of one sole here is a big defect. I saw some videos how to check if this model is a fake or no. And its a fake!!! Be careful!

This company is a complete fraud. Do not purchase any product from this scam company

Do not buy from this company. They only allow a 3 day return window. I happened to be out of the country when I received the item so I couldn’t return it, and upon coming back found out that my purchase no longer qualified for a return. Now I am out $120 for a pair of Adidas sneakers that have never been worn and will never be worn.

Ordered sneakers. Got a totally different pair in a beat up box. Printed out a return label but the invoice docs will not print out. Going to try to return with just the shipping label. Hopefully will get a refund. Company seems like a complete scam. Avoid it!!

Dispite their return policy which foresees returns within 14 days after delivery, they do everything to not accept returns:
1. They deactivate the return function on their website, which means, you have to write emails with return requests which they don't answer.
2. When you publish negative reviews for Stadium Goods (and send them a copy), you might get emails like this one, requesting the following fotos of each item (pair of shoes):
- photo of the label on the box that contains the SG sticker
- photos of the branded box
- photo of the label inside the shoe where the size is displayed
- photo of both soles of the shoe
- photo of the front of the shoe showing the Stadium Goods tag

Whereas according to their return policy returning is just as easy as with Amazon, H&M, ZARA or any other decent company - just return the items with the return label which is provided in an automated process. Mails requesting a return according to their own policy again don't get answered.

I would never have ordered anything from them if I was aware what a FRAUD they are. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND to buy anything there, because their Nike shoes vary from far to big to far to small for the same size, and the risk that you keep sitting with new shoes which you cannot use is extremely high.

Ordered shoes and never received confirmation email or order #. Stadium Goods provided no customer support. Could not re-enter the account I set up, could not get an email to reset my password, and could not track my order b/c no order number. Again, Stadium Goods provided no customer support and would address my non-delivered shoes. Had to dispute through credit card; we’ll see how that goes. Not sure how Stadium Goods stays in business

I was looking for the Jordan retro 4 that recently dropped. After searching and searching i found them here. I ordered and it wasn’t until after i read the reviews. The reviews had me having anxiety and panicking being i spent quiet a bit on these shoes. I got the shoes right on time and they were exactly what i ordered. i even called the nike store and they recommended a place to get them verified to see if they were fakes. I paid to get them verified and they turned out to be real. my son was super happy and so was I.

I ordered Air Jordan 1 KO Low "Kentucky", they delivered both right side and they refused my return request because the shoe box is damage. The courier they've hired damaged the box and they blamed it to me. Horrible Experience!

I'm not going to lie and no one has influenced this comment, I have nothing to complain about everything arrived on time, the package arrived in perfect condition and the size is correct, I feel very sorry for the people who had a bad experience but mine was excellent and I will continue shopping with them

I ordered size 7 foam runners & received 2 different sizes. Contacted them but they said i couldnt get a refund due to the tag being removed, even tho they messed up the order in the first place.

I placed an order for some Nike Jordan’s. The shoes arrived with crumbs, dust no tags on the shoes. The shoes are 7Y too big for my daughter. Dirty soles on the shoes. I emailed trying to get a returned or exchange They refused and they are beating around the bush. Today I received an email telling me that they apologize but they cannot issue a refund. Customer service horrible. They do not returned or email in a time manner. Note for anyone that buys from this crooked company. FYI check the shoes the same day they arrive if you go pass 3 days they start BS.

I purchased a pair of sneakers (order# #QYH4CZ) for an event and the courier used was UPS. Looked up tracking and the sneakers was delivered someone else other than my home. I contacted UPS letting them know that it was delivered elsewhere but ultimately I contacted Stadium Goods (you). Why are you not taking accountability for a courier you sourced out to deliver merchandise to a consumer and either refund or send another shipment out. It is ridiculous that you find it fit to tell a consumer that this is UPS fault and if the situations turns out good then I will be notified. Who says this, "If the situation turns out good"? The right thing to do is either refund the complete amount of 107.25 I spent or send another pair and expedite it and finish out the claim with UPS yourselves. The photo uploaded is not my home and front porch and my address can be googled and a satellite photo can obviously see. This is unacceptable and an inconvenience! Then you tell a consumer it can take up to 20 days. Did it take 20 days for you to take it off my credit card? Just trash and never again will I purchase. My next stop is the Department of Justice.

Poor customer service!!!!! This company has the worst customer service. Waste of money, time and effort. I purchase carbon beluga shoe for 1020 aed! Amounting $283. Since they don’t allow return or exchange, I requested for invoice on the same amount i paid but no response. Its true that this company has the worst service ever. Never again!!!

I recently ordered a pair of trainers of them threw the klarna payment app they took a payment and sent me a fake pair of air max 97 I put a payment block on klarna to stop them getting anymore than the £30something they got out of me I then emailed them telling them there not getting anymore money out of me and they told me there real ye real fake lol tried sending dpd to my house to collect the evidence which I kept nice and clean in there box where they can’t tell me I did something to them as I read other reviews after purchasing I told them refund me 1st and I will send them there fake goods back as there con artists we will see what happens now moral of my story don’t buy from this company
