Make sure that you are prepared to return the item within 3 days, and do not cut off the tag so that you can actually try them on, or they won't take them back at all. Worst return policy I have ever seen, worst customer service, what a scam, and now I have a $150 pair of shoes that are too big.

Do not purchase from these people!!. They have 143 complaints on better business bureau for fraudulent behavior. My teenage son was one of their victims . Lost 200 plus dollars on a shoe he sent back to addressed label they have in the box and now they say they never received . Many other claims just like mine. Don't think u wil be different. Don't buy from them!!

A week ago I wrote a short review of my experience with Stadium Goods. There were some issues on communication; they hadn't replied to a mail I sent them days before and sending back items was not so easy. However, when I contacted them on their support mail adress instead of using the contact page on their website, the answer to my problems came very fast. It was a friendly reply and it came with exact information. Everything now worked as it should have in the first place. An item was sent back and Stadium Goods emailed promptly when they received the goods. The sending and receiving of items was, in this case, exemplary. A bit strange after a negative experience that left me in doubt about my willingnes to shop there any further. But for now, they deserve praise. They were honest, friendly and receptive. I think this is an interesting shop, certainly for people outside the US who love apparel and sneakers and I am glad I can continue shopping there. I just hope this fluid communication will repeat itself!

Purchased 6 pair of theses shoes.Around fathers day purchsed Jordan 5 Retro Black ,wore them one day the Glue and shoes came apart after 8 hrs . Sent them back there saying because i wore them they want take them back ,DO NOT PUCHASE THESE SHOES. They will not refund you these where total crap $523.00. This not last there goanna here from me I'm going to every platform i can to let the consume know there using Jordan brand and pulling off big scam these shoes have turn out to be no good I've had issues with all from toe crinkle to bad fit just didn't make big deal of it but know its gone to far. BUYER BE WARE. We work hard for our money not right for them to just take it.

They have the worst customer service out of any e-commerce site in the entire World Wide Web. I returned a pair of shoes the very next day after taking shipment. They told us we would get our money back but it never came. Then they claim they never got the shoes after months of us asking where our refund was. We sent them proof of the ups dropoff receipt and they told us we needed to open a claim with UPS even though we used their shipping label and UPS said they needed to open the claim. Fast forward almost 9 months later now they’re saying they can’t open a claim with UPS since the time has surpassed what UPS gives you to open a claim for. Therefore they won’t give us back our money due to their own negligence. THIEVES!! Stay FAR AWAY FROM STADIUM GOOFS!!

Ordered shoes on 4/25/23 and they were supposed to be delivered on 4/29/23. The UPS driver stated they delivered my package but I didn’t even get it. Contacted Stadium goods multiple times. UPS said they closed the case because the shoes couldn’t be found. They are waiting on stadium good in order for me to get a refund. It’s been over a month. This whole experience was the worst shopping experience ever. Literally lost a first and only time customer.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes totaling about 700$ they canceled my order because they couldn’t verify form of payment . I used a cash app card. I called them they said it takes about 10 business days to receive my money bak it’s the 10th day still nothing. I bought those shoes for my kids graduation. Customer service told me. That it got canceled most likely because I check out using a guest account, and said if I make an account i shouldn’t have an issue so I needed the shoes before my kids graduate. So I went ahead and made an account. Ordered the exact same thing and again it got canceled so now I’m out of more than 1400$ until I get my money back literally disgusting place . You cannot believe how mad I am right now.

This company misleads their consumers. They offer express shipping for $40 and provide you with a date, they have no intention on up holding. Then get out of it, by saying they have 3 days to process the order.

I could have ordered the same shoes, elsewhere and got them on the day I received them, for less. However, when I chose express shipping they said I would have it within 2 days. Do not buy shoes from this place, their customer service is awful. I should have read the reviews before purchasing.

FAKE, FAKE, FAKE. Seriously you can’t get worse than this. I pay almost $1K AUD for a pair of Yeezys and when they arrived it said made in Vietnam which is fake. If they were authentic it would say China. When I emailed them and asked “why does it say made in Vietnam” like 4 times they still didn’t reply to the question. Save your time and money THEY ARE FAKE.

Avoid. Sent shoes of different size different color. It's a scam.

Tried for a week to make a purchase and their system kept giving me an error. I tried on 3 different devices, 2 browsers and the app. I tried using different credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay- all same error. Customer service “Ricardo” was extremely unhelpful and kept saying the same advice without reading that I was already trying all the troubleshooting he was suggesting. I gave up after he refused to connect me w a manager.

This is by far the worst company I've ever attempted to purchase shoes from. Their Jordans aren't legitimate!! They should be shutdown!! Save your time and money!!!

They did send me authentic Nikes, in a timely manner, but two sizes too big even though I was VERY specific about my size, prior to ordering. Since then, many emails, they said they would refund me but never did. Finally offered a 40% refund. I opened dispute via Amex, sent them all the emails, and after half a day Amex agreed with me and I was refunded. Would not order from them.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake.
Stadium Goods managed to call the package back from DHL and reimbursed me.
I could order the right size with no issues and very fast delivery.

Went to their website and it auto gave me a New Zealand link and I thought the prices were all in $NZ Currency but No, they were all in $USD and they never bothered to tell you!!! Bought a pair of shoes thought they were around $NZ300 but instead they were $US300 which equals to $NZ500+!!! Shoes took 10 days to arrive. Box was my shoe size US10.5 but the shoes inside were US Size 9??!? SERIOUSLY!?!!? Contacted them, took them about 1 week to reply each email so I had to spam and forward the same email to them EVERYDAY to get noticed. Took almost a week to get refund arranged and shoes returned. The whole fiasco took an entire month to end with refund returned and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone or EVER shop from them again. I am sorry but it's just TOO deceiving!! Disappointing beyond belief!!! >:-(

Fraudulent Behavior/Activity I'm so Fortunate to have used PayPal for this Transaction, after 3 days passed I reached out to Stadium because no confirmation was issued by them only PayPal the Reply emailed stated they have no knowledge of my purchase even with me supplying transaction an Order number I Reached out again several times, Persistent! I returned $269.00 Nikes because they did not fit my granddaughter at Christmas. They returned knock-off shoes and I received no credit. I would never shop with them again and suggest others stay away. They appear to be scammers.

Horrible, they sent Fake Nikes that are glued together and won't let you return them! I can't believe they're in business. Stay AWAY

I ordered 2 pairs of Jordan’s not only were they authentic they also came within a week of ordering I honestly think the bad reviews are another company’s way of trying to steal business from stadium goods

These snakes sent me one of the worst fakes I've ever seen the homeless people on the sidewalk sell better fakes them that and for cheaper. How can they keep getting away with this felonious act?????Theft by deception someone's gonna end up running up in that place and making caps fly around that store like a graduation. Straight Bum behavior it's sad.
