We live in the Knoxville area and decided to go shopping for hats and belts. Our sales associate was Eli and he was a superstar. He sold us a cowboy hat and a wide-brimmed fedora and the results could not have been better. He helped me select both hats and he custom fitted them, as required. Outstanding customer service, too. Will definitely shop here again. Every single person we came in contact with was affable, friendly and professional. Sarah rung us up and the dark haired lady, with glasses and of Italian extraction was totally awesome. I’m terrible with names but tried to describe her as best I could.

Do NOT order online
I placed an order online and paid extra for 3 day shipping. The wrong boots were sent in a box that wasn't even labeled for those boots. I requested a refund and the only thing they emailed me is a shipping label, no refund confirmation. They also stated shipping is not refunded so I'm expected to pay $20 for an item I never received. Now that I'm reading reviews, I doubt I even receive the refund once I send the boots back. What a rip off.
Sounds like the in store experience is fine, but I would never order online from them again.
