I made an order from stand-out online store (Order Number: #196958).
My order contained two items,a Bench Walton cargo pants and a G-Star Blades jeans.
The G-Star Blade jeans was a model I've been looking for but apparently there are several models under that name and the specific model I ordered was different than the one I was referring to.
I called customer service and I was told to mark the item I want to return in the attached return page and send it back to the store.
I recieved a full refund for the returned item in no time.
Overall,I was very impressed with my shopping experience.

Says it all really, I've ordered a fair bit of stuff from Stand-Out and I've never had a complaint about their service. The only thing I've found frustrating is that sometimes just a day or two after ordering there are significant price drops on what I've ordered - which makes me want to return the order for a refund, then buy it again for less...

Beautiful coats but sizes were smaller than stated (I measured my sons). Had to return them at a cost of over £10.

Ordered trousers, too small so return them in exchange for a bigger size. No hassle, sent out replacement. Will definetly shop again.
