Very impressed. I ordered a pair of jeans which arrived in three days. I wasnt sure about the style once I tried them on so sent back. It was very easy to use the free returns service and I was reimbursed within a couple of days. Since then I have bought two pairs of 501s that I'm really happy with; both pairs delivered quickly and with a discount code thrown in to keep the price extremely competitive.
How a business should be; no drama, customer focused and very reliable. Would totally recommend to anyone.

I normally only review companies if they have provided poor service, but stand-out was so good I have to leave a review! I bought some underwear as a present from standout, the product arrived extremely fast I think within two days even though I only paid for standard delivery. The product was too big but standout were great about returns despite it being underwear but they accepted that it hadn't been worn and swapped the sizes. The customer service staff were very helpful on the phone. I got free returns and then the new product arrived within two days of me returning the first one! Fastest delivery ive ever received from a company, in under a week I received two parcels from them and returned one. Really would recommend.

I was looking for a specific sweatshirt, Stand-Out came up as a supplier with cheapest price for this brand. The price was excellent. I ordered the sweatshirt and delivery was as expected, by Royal mail which I always prefer as I can collect at local depot. Will definitely use Stand-Out again.

The product I purchased was £65 cheaper here than in Selfridges (plus Selfridges charge you for delivery while here its free). Excellent delivery and customer service, highly recommend.
