Stumbled across this web site, nice Luke track suit , and Fila top good price, delivery great, free returns, but no need to use.

This is my first experience of shopping online with Standout and I am very impressed. I ordered a half zip sweatshirt which was promptly delivered, but I had to return it because it was too big. Unlike many other companies, Standout offer FREE returns and I have just received my refund, 24 hours after returning the item. Highly recommended.

Recently bought a Sergio Tacchini track top for half of what it would cost in a local shop. It was delivered in 48 hours. The quality is superb. I will definitely be revisiting this site again

I ordered a pair of Sketchers Slip Ins at 01.30 on Thursday morning and received the 09.30 on Friday morning. I did pay £1.99 for quick delivery, but even so I think that's impressive

Ordered a Berghaus jacket late Sunday night, order was processed and dispatched by 0930am Monday morning and arrived today, Tuesday morning. Excellent service and a very very good price.
I'll definitely be using Standout again.

Ordered some men’s Crocs which arrived v.quickly, unfortunately they were not the correct sizing, but it was so easy to return the shoes.. incredible service and refund returned to my account within the week. Great service! Recommend…

I bought the alpha industry trousers which was not genuine.first try the bottom on the side pockets Brocken.
Did not bother to return it.
That was the last time I ordered from this company.

It's my second purchase at Standout and I'm waiting. I need to commend the professionalism of Mr. Roger who works in customer service. Rarely do we find a person so willing to help and not leave any question unanswered. They are fast, accurate and very professional. Congratulations Mr Roger and team.

I am from india I was ordered one jacket but suddenly i had changed my mind and I canceled my oder after this my money was stuck I thought seller would received payment . Then i was mailing them and i said return my amount standoutuk they mailed me and they told me sir we couldn’t refunded your money because when you mailed us we stopped payment . And also they send me recipe. Today I received my debited amount. This site is genius .

Bought the trainers on the 22nd they arrived in less than 24 hours.
I did notice the day after receiving them they had reduced the price, after a quick email they responded and agreed to refund the difference.

Fantastic experience, I cannot recommend highly enough. Very competitive price, and blisteringly fast delivery (ordered PM Thur and it arrived AM Fri). Carefully packed so arrived in pristine condition.
I wanted the Schott B3 jacket, but was nervous buying it from outside of the brands own website. As they do not have a UK base I chose STANDOUT, and I’m very pleased I did. I will definitely shop here again, and will be recommending to friends and family.

Ordered several items in the past, always faultless. Ordered an item yesterday it arrived today! Decided to order another item today, and had an email to say despatched within an hour and will no doubt arrive tomorrow. Brilliant service.

Rogers communication throughout was excellent after an issue happened - on no fault of standouts own.

Would highly recommend, shoes came boxed and well wrapped.

In all honesty the best customer service experience I have ever had from a company. There were issues with my order (which I can accept happens), but the response and swift communication was a excellent example of how customers should be treated. Well done Roger!

I happened upon this store on Google shopping. I’d never heard of it before, but I did decide to buy a puffer directly from their own site as many prices were (very) competitive & their delivery & returns policies were perfect.
The coat came promptly with Royal Mail, with updates.
Unfortunately, there was a small problem with the coat, but customer service was flawless; very quick replying to emails, amenable, wanting to help with a solution, faultless.
Quite often, you only really find out what a company’s like when there are queries/issues, but I couldn’t have asked for more, & would certainly recommend & use again.
It’s great when you find an independent store where technical ordering/delivery processes work just as well as the major corporates, but the service is more personal & close to home (& generally nicer to support smaller businesses over the likes of Amxzxn.)
We’re quick to write reviews for sites when things go wrong, but I’m even more keen to write glowing reviews when things are especially good, just as I’m doing now. ☺️
