I would like to give a review but sadly cannot until I hear from you regarding my complaint of a damaged external rendering. Still awaiting a response. Would like to hear from you asap.

Product is excellent, installation faultless, the backup/contact leaves a lot to be desired. Had no local contact details, given a false installation date - no apology.

I am extremely pleased with both the roof line work and the new windows and doors supplied and installed by St Andrews.The work started and finished on time and the installation people were conscientious and very professional.
I have awarded 4 stars out of 5. I would have given 5 stars but since installation I have been plagued with phone calls from different St Andrews sales people trying to sell me more products.

The product was good thankfully. The salesperson was massively misleading about time frames for installation & cashback, and also about the mechanism for cashback. I chased my promised cashback from 6th Februray till 4th April, with each phone operater changing the goalposts and none appreciating the importance of delayed money! It's been an unpleasant, costly and stressful experience.

On Wednesday 29th March 2017 we had a scheduled visit from a replacement window company which is part of the ENTU group. On the Friday we had an unsolicited phonecall from St Andrews Home Improvements (also part of the ENTU group) initially claiming to be an 'independent' company. On pressing for their definition of 'independent' we were told that they were not 'national' and only worked in Scotland. They persuaded us to let their salesman visit us that evening at 6.30pm. Shortly thereafter they phoned us again this time to reschedule to 8.30pm. Then around the time the salesman was due to arrive he phoned to cancel as he was still with his earlier customer. They then phoned on the Saturday asking to come round that day and my husband told them it was not convenient and to phone us mid week. Instead they phoned again on the Monday and arranged to come that evening at 8.30pm. This time they did not phone to cancel they just didn't show up. Then on Wednesday (5th April) they called both my husband and I separately to see how we got on with the salesman. They were told by us that after the no show on Monday and our wasted Friday evening that we were not interested in any dealings with St Andrews Home Improvements and we both asked them not to contact us again. Despite that on the Thursday I took another phonecall from St Andrews Home Improvements. They have been told that we will view any further contact by them as harassment. Very efficient in the installation of my door and windows. Did not repair damage to the concrete facing round the door which was broken during the removal of the old frame.

The Windows were fitted efficiently by Andrew, he did a really good job and cleaned up well. It was a pity that 4 pieces of glass need to be replaced, this was due to a factory fault.
Overall this was a good experience with no hassle.

Windows excellently fitted by professional team. Left the house clean and tidy. Would highly recommend the company.

Very professional with good finishing and very tidy.

Had windows installed a week after sales man came out however one window was damaged and was fitted in December just a few weeks later. Installer left and when checking window I noticed pvc was scratched window ledge wasn't complete, large holes on outside wall and lots of mess. I phoned and spoke with a manager who advised he would inspect the following day while I was at work. He inspected and said would get repaired however nobody came out. Them January a plasterer came out and fixed hole on outside wall and said I needed an engineer as there is difficulty opening and closing window. It took until 27 February for engineer to come out who could see there is a problem at centre of window ledge where window is catching and extremely difficult to open and close. He said someone would call me the following day, no call received. Have called St Andrews today and firstly told that engineer has left can send someone to inspect windows in April then told it was someone else. When I asked if I could speak to a manager was told manager in Aberdeen. I then phoned Norfolk branch as feel like I'm getting nowhere with Scottish branch and no manager there either. They transferred back to Motherwell. Finding the entire company very difficult. I am not one to complain normally but this window has been horrendous. I struggle to open and close window so it is now left open as I don't have the strength to close it. Engineer also struggled to use it. In between all of the problems I am constantly getting sales calls from St Andrews saying I have £500 off anything else I want. I have also told them the problems and said I wouldn't get anything from them when they haven't fixed the window they messed up. They have allegedly raised a complaint from me but nobody seems interested. St Andrews just want to take your money with poor customer care.

8 windows & 2 doors fitted in 2 days. Great job done, workmen turned up exact time they said they would no hanging about waiting as you sometimes have to for tradesmen.

Disgusting people. Came to door about a scheme they were doing in Scotland. Bombarded with phone calls and then came to me again whilst my husband was at work and pressured me into signing a contract for £6000 for 6 windows and £149 admin fee which he assured me would be refunded if I cancelled the contract within 7 days. Once my husband returned we decided to cancel due to our financial situation. After several phone calls to the representative and head office we were told that the admin fee is not refundable despite what he had told me. Horrible company that pressure you into a contract you don't want

Installation team arrived on time and carried out work in a very professional manner, when they finished they ensured that the work area was left in a clean and tidy state. There was a few minor snags which they arranged to be corrected, these was done on the day arranged, again in a satisfactory manner.
All in all a first class job from start to finish.

Phone calls which were untrue. Informing me they were just dropping off vouchers for any other purchase l would make in the future.
Personally assuring me no selling would be involved.
Who turns up at my door? A salesman to measure my windows and give me a quote.
Amount of after sales telephone calls too much.
Avoid them in the house and they get you on your mobile.
Discusted by the lies.

All of the tradesmen wer extremley professional and each evening every thing was cleared away leaving no mess well done.

Ignore the sales pitch & admire the work of the fitting team 10 Windows & a door all fitted in one day they even tidied up after work completed in a very satisfying way would recommend.

I reside in a 2nd floor flat. I had six sash windows in need of complete replacement, as the sashes had virtually all broken and the wood was in a poor state. The team worked hard to install sturdy, double-glazed PVC windows in a day and a half. The result has been superb; despite the recent cold weather I have had very little need of central heating - a massive change from what I had been used to, and certain to ensure considerable financial saving in the long term. The downside was that it took me four phone calls over several days to get the scaffolding removed: neighbours ended up complaining, and there seemed to be a lack of co-ordination between the firm contracted to replace the windows and the scaffolding firm. I was also surprised that the genial salesman, whose proclaimed interest in the project was such that he would "pay me a visit on the day of completion" was never seen again. Just sales-talk to make the customer feel comfortable at the time of purchase, I reckon.

Excellent job done! Worked the total time he was with us. Very pleasant manner, clean and tidy and polite. Windows look great and well matched to those we already have in the house. Also sent a man a few days later to do a bit of outside plaster work in the window recess which had broken off probably when he removed the window. I hadnt noticed the problem but St. Andrews sent this tradesman round a few days later.

Job carried out by quality tradesmen in a professional manner. Good workmanship and always tidy, always used dust sheets, even in the garden.
