They completed the job without any fuss, workers were very polite, and explained operation of the door. Great work ethic, enjoyed having them in our home.

Great windows and very friendly installers, but took al the windows out at once and left the house freezing cold with the wind blowing right through. Surely a better way to do it.

I purchased my windows the Salesman Raj had told us we had 2 years interest free and the widows were £4100.00 and we were told we could pay them off at any time we paid £90 every Month for 28 months and we asked for a settlement figure and we were told we still owed £4666.00 and we had already paid 28 payments of £90 I called Shawbrook who was the company who we were paying and they said the interest was 18% which is absolutely appalling and it was down to the salesman who actually took £150 on the day to give us the widows st that price 4,100.00 of which we thought was what we had to pay , How Dare St Andrews Allow People Like Ourselves To Be Ripped Off I Am Self Employed And Have Been For 20 Years and I Am Absolutely Appalled at the way we have been Ripped Off STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ST ANDREWS ARE RIPPING YOUS OFF AND ITS THEIR REPS THAT ARE DOING THE DIRTY WORK

Very happy with the experience. Friendly staff (Gary and Michael) and very efficient. The house was very clean and tidy throughout also. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had three new windows fitted in upstairs bedrooms and a large window in the living room. I am already noticing a difference with regards to heat loss, especially downstairs which was previously very drafty due to gaps around the old window. The installers Craig and Stuart did a good job and were very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get new windows installed.

The quality of windows met our expectations, though its difficult to measure like for like at the time of the sales person visit.

The installation team of Colin and Kyle from "Job Worth Doing" exceeded our expectations from prompt arrival on the planned morning to first class preparation work, to in our opinion a quality installation technique, tidiness at all times and total clean up and materials removal at end of works.

Their communication skills are very good and kept us in the picture on elements of the installation works as it went along.
Pleasure having these guys in our home.

Wrote a glorious review regarding the installation of 5 windows on our property with the promise we would be eligible for TLS Cards. Have contacted the main sales person, Jamie Stewart Dundee branch, who we dealt with, he stated that if I write a glowing report he would come round personally and hand them in. Contacted him since, he has not replied. I have deleted said review as I feel I have been taken for a fool. I am unhappy with the after sales however they still call asking if I would like other work done. Not a chance

I am owed £349 by this company, I have emailed and called and have not been given the courtesy of a call back.
I have now been forced to contact a solicitor to get my cash back.

On reading some reviews for this company especially the one about the salesman who was in the elderly couples house for 3.5 hours I understand the same thing happened to my parents after a salesman came into their home for hours convincing them into taking out credit for two doors when they were told they would have an interest free period for two years. One year on they received a letter which they brought to my attention saying they would have paid £4350 by the end of the agreement.
Upon checking all the paperwork my parents were lied to there was no interest free period! Avoid this company don’t let sales people near your elderly parents get signs on their front door I will be doing that just now alongside contacting the Ombudsman.

Gary and Michael fitted my mums new front door. They were fantastic, great workmanship, excellent customer service and a great quality of door.

Peter and his assistant arrived promptly and kept us informed of progress throughout the day,they worked quickly and efficiently leaving no mess behind.
They answered all questions we had, and were warm and friendly.

The fitters, from 'Worth Doing Well', were excellent. The worked very hard, worked tidily and took great care not to damage existing materials, such as tiles etc.
I was impressed that a manager arrived about 30 minutes after the fitters left to run through the installation and the snagging list.
A little disappointed that it could take 7 days to attend to the snagging list (meaning we can't finish getting the house back in order until that work is done.
Footnote: I do not like the pressure that Penicuik / St Andrews tried to put on us during the initial quotation, but this seems to be standard practice for such companies.

I had windows fitted by St Andrews around 12 months ago. The windows are totally fine. No complaints there. What I do have issue with however is the completely substandard customer service we have received.

We were quoted and charged for scaffolding that was never erected. We have been attempting to dispute this cost and have it refunded but so far to no avail. I have spoken to people in sales, promotions, 'customer service' and most recently head office. Time and time again I am promised a call back that never comes.

On calling again today to chase this up, I have now been advised that they can find no trace of our account.

Would definitely not recommend - unless you fancy getting the ombudsman involved.

When I read the reviews after telling a work colleague that I was changing my front door with St. Andrews I have to confess that I was really worried! But after seeing the door installed and checking the quality of the product and the faultless installation done by Thomas,I don’t quite understand such bad reviews,because everything went like silk and I’m very happy with everything
Door frame is steel reinforced,glasses has the security kite mark everything is all right except the the cylinder lock that is not a yale but nevertheless seems good quality as well!
Overall quite happy and yes I would recommend to someone else!

Excellent from start to finish. No hard sell with sales sitting for hours which we really liked also Sean the fitter was efficient hard working polite and a perfectionist he cleaned up inside and out you would never know he was here. Fitted exactly when they said they would really pleased with my new doors and windows would recommend to anyone

Great workmen and lovely work! Happy with the windows and noticed the difference in heat straight away.

We have just had 7 windows replaced on our three storey house and so far are pleased with them. The fitter, Mike Macintosh, from Job Worth Doing, came to install the windows over a three day period, which ended up over four days. The job taking longer than expected, as he had to remove the old window casings. On the first day we had winds of over 75 mph. His workmanship,from fitting to completion, was of a high standard, He was polite, efficient and explained everything to us. So glad we ignored the bad reviews.Our only gripe is that after the bathroom window was fitted, tiles on each sides of the window began to crack. We were assured by Mike that these tiles would be replaced and fitted, at no cost to ourselves.
