Installed all front windows as a result of a good deal.
Workers were clean and efficient. New windows look pretty much like the old ones. Wonder if they perform as well as the sales pitch?

Windows look great. Fitters did a fab job and were very friendly. Only negative would be length of time between arranging everything and being contacted with an appointment for fitting, which was over a month with no contact

I am very impressed with St Andrews, from beginning to end,The fitter, (Barry McIlwraith) appeared at the given time and was very professional in carrying out the job. Dust sheets were put down and the mess was minimal.

I would have no problem recommending this company.

Problems arose when your company delivered the ring colour of door and window frame. (Brown exterior with white interior instead of Brown on the outside and Brown on the inside). This was followed by the company making a mistake over the date agreed for fitting the replacement door and window. ( One week incorrect). When the replacement door was fitted the fitter stated that the cover for the vent above the “hopper” had not been supplied and that he would fit a white cover as a temporary arrangement. ( this cover has still not been replaced). A third matter arose. It proved to be impossible to refit my vertical blind over the door as insufficient clearance had been allowed for the door to open over the blind support rail.( although the rail was in place when the job was measured up). I would be pleased to have the completed and to fecieve your comments. Note the fitters involves in the job we’re very helpful and efficient.

I had to chase them up - they didn’t follow up after quoting. They’ve cracked my main pipe outside - but nobody has phoned to check if we’re happy with the work. That’s said, I’ve had 3 further calls from their sales manager William, trying to get me booked in to quote further work - despite saying no each time. He doesn’t give up! I can’t complain about the quality of the work or the price. Very competitive

Excellent job done be Craig Cameron, he fitted the door beautifully & cleaned up too. The composite door has transformed my hall & im delighted with it. Definitely recommend using this company

Men arrived on time set to work right way cleaned up after them and job completed when said it would be. All men pleasant.

Good service, sales rep was knowledgable and didn't apply any pressure. Looking to go back and use them to upgrade my gutters next year. Would definitely recommend.

A pushy salesman called David Mackay wouldn't take no for an answer and was at our house for 3.5hrs. We felt forced to place an order just so that he would leave and cancelled the order the next day as we told him we would but it's been a long process and we're still due to be refunded an 'admin fee' that was still taken after we cancelled the order.

I have recently had a new door from this company and from the very first call I had from them right up til my door was fitted I was very impressed with the service.

Best thing about this company is the amazing fitting team. Like other people we were sold a product on the basis of a cashback card which has never arrived and is false marketing . Contacted the salesman direct who advised he has left the company . Contacted the area manager Mark who has failed to respond . Checked all documentation there is no e mail address for customer service . We were sold one set of products by the salesman and the surveyor arrived and changed everything completely. The sales team would have you believe as a customer you are important the evidence suggests not ..... go elsewhere . We nearly bought doors and window but hesitated and only bought doors this l think was a good move.

Team 6 carried out replacing 5 of our windows yesterday, they arrived on time and were cheerful completing their business all through out the day, the windows appear to be installed to a very high standard

Scott carried out most of the work on this project of replacing six windows in my first floor flat. He was cheerful timely and helpful and his work so far appears to be of a very high standard. Good Job Well Done

hi fitters were on time cleaned up and did a good job windows are very good only just been fitted so will review again later

One star as had to select something. Similar to another review we were told about savings by someone at the door with a badge that said Penicuik. Salesman arrived, we tired to get him to cut his rehearsed sales pitch and said we wanted his quote which we were told by the first guy would be held for 18 months. After starting at over 17k amazingly it then came down to over 11k but if he spoke to his manager it might come down again. When we pushed for a figure with no strings attached he said his manager was the only one who could give the figure. We then said to him ( he said he was 22 and had only been in the job 2months but was already the top salesman) give us the figure, he quoted, without speaking to anyone, just over 5k but only if we took the offer there and then. His attitude changed completely when we said no thanks and rudely told as to keep that figure in mind when we spoke to anyone else. Less than impressed and there could be more elderly people who will feel coerced into agreeing. Amazing how 12k can be saved.

Good job but a bit expensive.

I got new front and back doors from St Andrews. They have only been in for 2 weeks but they look good and are doing the job. The guys who did the installation were great . They were quick but thorough and left a good looking job including solving a problem with some rot beneath the front door.

I had a back and front door fitted Friday 3rd. August by Team No. 18.
I was pleased with the result and thought all was well until I noticed there was a gap at the bottom of the back door, I immediately called customer services and Craig the fitter of team 19 turned up on Monday 6th. August, did the necessary adjustment and went on his merry way!
