Avoid this company!!! Conned my elderly mother into thinking she was getting a great deal on windows and gave her a cheque for £549 which she thot went towards her windows but apparently £349 was admin fee and £200 deposit which wasn't stated at the time she told us and we cancelled it but they had cashed cheque within 3 days she then got letter asking for her bank details( when she had already stated she would pay cash) for a yearly direct debit for £149 per year!!!!! After several calls they said she would get money back sent her a cheque for £200 they said you don't get admin fee back even though she wasn't told!!!!! So she's £349 out of pocket!!!! Am furious and will be taking this further absolutely shocking they can get away with this!!!!!!!😡

Very happy with our doors and windows fitted very professionally and Barry was a gentleman and asked my opinion after he fitted each window and doors the guys cleaned up everything and we're very tidy as the worked

Very happy with the installation of my doors.
What I'm not happy with is the pushy salesman trying to set a date to measure windows which I don't need.
He was soo pushy I've had to block the number.

So happy with our windows and door. From start of the process of picking them to final bit of them getting installed. Fitters were really nice guys, great workers. Clean and tidy also. Would recommended the company to others.

Great product fitted by excellent workers. The experienced fitters were surprisingly tidy. We had expected more turmoil! The work was done efficiently and effectively and at no point did we feel they were on a race to the finish. We really appreciated the final result.

We were annoyed and disappointed when our first date was cancelled without notification. When I called them the day before,I was told that, due to another job over running, our window would not be done. We had to accept another appointment,which although not entirely convenient, was honoured.
The solitary man arrived on time and replaced the windows quickly and without mess. He took the old windows away and tidied up, both in and outside. The completed job was well done despite the bad beginning.

This experience was top class from start to finish.Windows great quality and finished. Boys EDDIE and ALLAN are a credit to your company. I will certainly recommend to family and friends. Would also like to compliment Tom Bell he explained thing clearly and simply without any hard sell. My only disappointment was that our vertical blinds didn’t fit. I was unaware that this might be the case but appreciate this is in the terms and conditions but who reads them fully. A great experience thanks again

Stevie and his crew arrived to install five windows In our lovely cottage Brig of Tig Ballantrae. They were polite and courteous and ensured that all furniture and flooring was covered to protect from dust and debris. They didn't even mind our two Staffordshire Bull Terries Rex and Fiz being present to supervise (LOL). The windows were fitted in one day as there were extra crew to support Stevie, well done boys! The windows look lovely and we can see through the glass now as our old windows were blown. We would recommend St Andrews Glass and the company 'Job worth doing' who installed our windows.

no gripes at all, Brian and his guys came in, done the job and cleaned up all rooms after.

9 windows 2 doors fitted with no problems. they even fixed the tiles they cracked in the bathroom (couldnt be avoided due to way they covered the old window frames)

would recommend.

This contract was carried out to specification, on time and within budget.

Cowboys, avoid like the plague! High pressure sales techniques, I agreed a price with the sales person after they had measured up, paid their admin fee, their fitter came out, measured up again, then their sales manager phone up to say they can no longer do the job for the agreed price and asks for an extra £3000! I refuse to pay it, they won't refund my £349 admin fee, try to hold you to ransom. Avoid! Penicuik and Weatherseal are also owned by the same company, selling the same products! - Update - Admin fee has now been refunded

Someone came to my door today and advised me I would be eligible for fully funded windows and doors as they were over 10 years old. My only cost would be any additional extras I may want. I thought I would give it a go and agreed for the man to arrange a 'surveyor' to come to my home to confirm my windows were indeed over 10 years old.
The surveyor arrived and was not actually a surveyor but a salesman. When questioned on this he said a surveyor would not come out till I had agreed to take the windows. After a sales pitch I questioned the funding i was apparently eligible for. When the salesman told me this was not the case I asked for the company contact details to make a complaint as the salesman had gained access to my home by me being given the wrong information in essence I was missold. He did not want to do this and insisted I speak to his boss on the phone. His boss was verbally abusive on the phone and contradicted himself a few times on the service they were offering i.e the funding. He told me his name at the beginning of the call, before I ended the call I informed him I would be taking this further due to the abuse on the phone and the missinformation I was given at my door initially and asked him to confirm his name. He then proceeded to give me a fake name. Luckily his full name was on the salesman's phone. Contacted their number from their website straight away and explained my situation. I now have head their office number which I'll be calling tomorrow. To make a formal complaint. I'll also be looking into taking this further with trading standards due to the miss selling.

Very professional, honest and efficient.. the job which they did was next to nothing. Not only did they look after my Granny's home like their own.
She loves her new windows.

Delighted with the team (14) who fitted our new windows. Very professional and tidy. Love the quality of the finished product. Only problem arose from the surveyor incorrectly measuring the sitting room window which resulted in having a temporary window for 10 days.

Great job. Arrived on time, terrific workers who laid dust sheets everywhere and cleaned up after themselves. Clear instructions were given on how to use locks etc.The quality of installation and of product appear to be excellent. Would certainly recommend installers and company.

If anything i would have liked quicker finish to completed job as in plasterer . Windows and doors are great.service was great and staff very accomodating. Well chuffed with new look to house

Contract L002743. Both fitter teams did an excellent job on 2 separate days. There was confusion over which days they promised, which was annoying having taken a day off work to be here, but this was sorted quickly. Very tidy workmanship, cleaned up after themselves and returned our home to normality.
