Nice , safe ,clean

A home away from home!

Wonderful stay definitely will come again

Beautiful clean home sparking pool. We were hurricane Florence evacuees. It made it bearable. They even upgraded us to a bigger home for free in case our friends wanted to get out of hotels as well.

We felt safe and the home was close to shopping etc. Full kitchen, laundry, big screen tv, vcr, satellite. Would like to return under less stressful circumstances.

Very simple check in process. Friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful home! The only issue was that garage was left from previous renter and because of size of box, the garbage people wouldn’t take it

Management keeps unit very clean and well maintained, and answers communications.

Definitely will stay with them again! Beautiful, clean and plenty of room for a large family. My only suggestion would be to turn the pool heat on the night before guests arrive.

My stay with Starmark was incredible. The environment was clean and welcoming to my family with shopping areas in close proximity. I do intend on using Starmark again in the future.

We rent once a month in Florida and for the house to be hot the entire weekend after attempting to adjust the temp several times was unacceptable, the hot water went cold after the second person took a quick shower, and finally we had to remove all the linens from the beds and place in laundry area. What is the purpose for paying the cleaning fee?

Very nice house, clean, modern had everything we needed and more... Couldn't have been better... Also very impressed with the professionalism of Stephanie and Isaac prior to our trip, during and after. Thank you. We will definitely use again.

What a lovely home! We absolutely enjoyed ourselves. Everything was within 30-45 minutes away. The home owner provided items that we hadn’t thought of! We will definitely return to this home. If you can, book this home. We were celebrating my grandson’s 5th birthday. The house had a pool, a video game system, air hockey, foos ball, ping pong and a pool table!

I love the feeling to feel like you are at home! It was great having all the needs for my baby, we had a stroller, high chair, games graco pack and play. We loved our staying and our family will stay again.

The house was nice and big enough for everybody. There are a few things that not enjoyable. The house has absolutely no ceiling fans. We were able to turn the temp down to 72, but it doesn't stay there. It eventually turned itself up to a higher temp. In this case it would be nice to have ceiling fans to supplement airflow.

The house has 6 bedrooms, but 4 of those bedrooms contain 2 twin beds. It would be nice to have 3 bedrooms fit for adults and 3 bedrooms suitable for kids.

The tv in 2 of the bedrooms did not work. The first night there it wasn't figured out til we went to bed (cause initially we all watched TV in the living room). We tried to fix it ourselves to no avail. Starmark was notified and they notified the local property manager. This was a Wed. The property manager did not come and fix the tv until Fri. So that was essentially 3 nights without the use of that bedroom TV. The other tv was in a room that nobody stayed in, but we couldn't change rooms because that tv didn't work either.

Another thing that we didn't like was that the spa that is attached to the pool is NOT a hot tub. We took it to be one. So when we emailed to ask about it we were told that to get it heated the entire pool would have to be heated as well. It would only change the temp by 10-15° and it would be $40/night. That was not worth the money.

Last, but not least, the subdivision is a huge vacation rental area so the streets are very very crowded. That is something obviously not in control of Starmark, but since the streets are not the widest in the world it would be nice if there was no street parking allowed to make it easy for incoming and outgoing traffic.

Other than those few things it was a great time. We enjoyed the pool most of the time. The access to the clubhouse was great for the kids to have a few different pool activities other than what can be done at the house. The daily garbage pick up is something I've never heard of, but very handy with big families....especially since we ordered take out a lot. The access to the city and major attractions was decent. There is nightly traffic coming back 4E to due to Disney so that was something we planned around accordingly.

Once we arrived at our vacation home, the home hadn’t been cleaned at all. We had driven 7.5 hours and we were ready to kick back and relax. Instead we had to come into a filthy home that should have been inspected before arrival. We were given accommodations at the same level, but no service recovery. For a company that is supposed to be professional, some form of service recovery should have been given. I was told that I would receive a call from management and I never heard anything else from her. I will never use this company again. I wish I could have uploaded the photos. Absolutely disgusting!!!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed.

The first property we stayed at was from 1970 it was VERY outdated only 1 TV maybe a 19 inch. We did not feel comfortable at all in this house. The second property was only a inkling better my complaint was the beds were basically on the floor they were too low and this property had TV's in every room but they were 13 inch and in the closets who can watch TV from the closet? The living room and den area were more modern with big TV's. The kitchen was modern and up to date. Our overall experience with Starmark vacation homes not good. Personally I would not vacation again with Starmark.

Great company to work with! My daughter called for us as we were on our way to the airport on a whim trip to Orlando. She found us a wonderful 3 bedroom condo that worked perfect for us.
