DO NOT ORDER (UPDATING REVIEW IN PROGRESS)
The website clearly states "3-6 days" for shipping - my order was placed on February 1, and is STILL "In Production".
I've sent an e-mail to support - no answer yet.
*** UPDATE: I received an answer quickly after the review. Editing my rating to TWO stars, as there does seem to be someone on the other side.
Basically, feels like a scam at this point, so I'm definitely not ordering from here, regardless of the outcome.
***UPDATE: NOT A SCAM. Will avoid ordering, however, in the future.
Due to the lack of communication from their Support, and the unkept shipping dates, I had to order another present which is simply ridiculous, regardless of whether this turns out to be a scam or not.
***UPDATE: I've already received the item from the SSP competitor. I used the paid shipping option to make sure I will have it in time. It's glowing in the dark, and I love it.

The poster looks amazing, and everything on it is correct. I highly recommend this store. Amazing customer service. I received one starry picture with the wrong date of birth on it, I was unsure if it my mistake or theirs but regardless my email was responded to immediately and they resent a new starry picture with the right date of birth on it at no cost to me. Love the starry pictures and can’t wait to give them as gifts. With any company if the product is good and the customer service is great it will encourage you to purchase from them again. My only comment would be that I do wish the frames were better quality, plastic not wood as stated but that is a little thing.

Received a broken product at first
I designed my own starchart, placed my order on the 9th of august. I received it on the 17th, but the frame was broken. I immediately emailed the company and added pictures as proof. Shortly after, they provided me with a brand new frame and solved my problem free of charge.

Contacted customer services and they got back in touch with me 48 hrs after my email, I asked for a refund as I was unhappy with how damaged the poster arrived which they agreed to and because they had already re issued the poster this was also sent! My experience wasn't the best but please don't be put off with just my experience as the issue was resolved.
