Helpful but long
It was very informative and walked me through understanding everything. My only complaint is the time limit. I don’t see why it needed to be 45 minutes. I think at least 30 would be more understandable

I got overwhelmed with my credit cards
I got overwhelmed with my credit and started to get buried. I found start fresh and I am on my way of wiping out my credit. It has been a great ordeal for me with stress and getting this over with has helped me immensely. I can’t think fresh start enough.

This company SUCKED
This company SUCKED! Iwas charged 3 times @ full price when I was told I would get a discount using my lawyers ID number! When I called a few days later, I was assured that two charges would be reversed, in reality ANOTHER charge was ADDED! In the end ~ after several calls ~ my checking account needed to be credited nearly $100 dollars! Totally rediculous. I also informed my lawyer who checked several other clients whom they referred to this company and found that the same thing had happened! Totally unacceptable. This company has now been removed from my lawyer's referral list. If I could have done zero stars, I would have!
