I was stressed out already with my financial situation, and apprehensive about completing this course correctly. I completed the online portion and called the provided number to speak with a representative in order to move onto the next step towards financial recovery. One i began speaking to the rep she put my heart and head to rest by identifying areas where I missed typed or misunderstood the questions. She was very patient and helped me move to this steps completion in no time at all. I couldn't have felt confident after ending the call.
