The worst company I have ever known

The worst company I have ever known. A disgrace to Wales. Told untruths time after time. House is covered in dampness all doors and carpentry had to be renewed and took over 2 years to complete
I hope people read this and keep well away from them. Save your money go to any other company. The worst mistake we have made in our lives.

Non existent after sales

Bought a new SA in 2022, sent snag list in given timeframe, been chasing ever since (June 2024) One of the issues was roof tiles cut the wrong size & letting the weather in so ended up doing it myself.

Had SA home as first buyers purchased…

Had SA home as first buyers purchased in 2020
Now got spongy exterior walls as have 16 others on our site of 30.

We purchased from Montecarlo Parks and if I knew then what I do now, I wouldn’t touch with a barge pole.

No service wriggle out of everything and generally a bunch of unprofessional people.

Say they haven’t received letters and emails then go underground

It's a 0 really

It's a 0 really. The most stressful 6 years of my life. Mould and damp everywhere. External boards changed internal boards changed and still every winter wet patches and mould. 2 new CS staff came to carry out inspection after letter sent for court action. Concluded that my problems were down to having blinds in windows and my dog urinating up the walls. If it wasn't so insulting and ludicrous it would be hilarious. Definitely going to the press next as people who have handed over thier life savings should be treated with a little more respect.

Worst thing I ever did buying a Stately…

Worst thing I ever did buying a Stately home. Brought our home September 2021 and was so excited to move in. Advised to do a snagging list within seven day, and over 2 years later we are still waiting for jobs to be done!!
A man turned up last week from Pathfinder (Stately don't have enough staff) to replace the hall carpet as there was a fault line running across it, its not even the same colour as the other rooms. I've still got cupboard doors missing and all the units in the bedroom are damaged.
We'd moved from Birmingham to Devon and instead of been a lovely experience, it's been nothing but stressful and disappointing.
Stately have the worse aftercare, and I would advise anyone to keep well away.
Stately should be ashamed, quick enough to take your money but couldn't care less after. If you do manage to talk to someone be prepared they are so rude!!

No customer care AVOID

I would rate this company zero if I could. Brought a Stately home last year. With any new homes we expected a few teething issues but over a year later still waiting for problems to be put right. They have a customer care team who do not care one bit. They never reply to emails or phone calls. When a technician turns up, they never have the correct job sheet. I would recommend you avoid buying a stately home at all costs.

Have the home checked thoroughly before buying !

I bought my home (stately ) in May 2021. It’s now November 2023 and still having major problems actually I’m lucky and so are my neighbours to be alive.
Firstly the bathroom flooded as the pipe to let out the water from the Bath had not been fitted correctly !
Then I had a faulty plastic pipe underneath the sink in the kitchen which leaked water and ruined the cupboard below !
After this the on-suite shower began to leak leading onto the skirting Boards which have been replaced Four times and is still leaking, the grouting in the shower has begun to crack in numerous places I was told by a worker from stately there’s a leak somewhere behind the tiles and everything needs to be redone !
Summer 2022 the outside wall started bubbling.
Since I moved in there had been an awful smell in the bathroom which I thought could have been connected to the flood I was told to run the taps to flush the pipes !
Around April 2023 I noticed a flood of water coming out onto the concrete under the home I managed to get an emergency plumber, the plumber went under the house and said there’s about 5 inches of water covering the underneath that was the least of my problems ! The plumber managed to find the leak when he removed the tumble dryer his exact words were “ This place is a death trap if I went home without making this safe I’d never sleep !” The water pipes from the boiler had not been fitted correctly the condenser pipe which is plastic had not been done up he stated the condenser pipe should be nowhere near the water pipes or gas pipe ! ! The leakage had covered the wooden base rotted the two copper pipes and had just begun to rot the GAS pipe he stated if that had gone the whole block would have gone with it !!!!!!
After this saga it just didn’t stop the pipe to the toilet in the bathroom had been fitted incorrectly and the waste for nearly three years had gathered underneath on the membrane !
I had a major stroke Xmas 2021 due to the stress this place had caused I have been under the Doctor who stated that living with the waste from the toilet could have contributed to the stroke as well as breathing problems.
The outside wall which was bubbling finally got done in May 2023 which four weeks later it cracked and is worse than it was before.
At present I am and still waiting for the shower to be done AGAIN and the outside wall to be repaired AGAIN. I will be consulting with my solicitor and or the Environment Health officer due to the liability of this company it seems to me nothing will be done until something serious happens and the Media are informed !!

I’m back again !

I’m back again !! , re Stately Ablion, after paying out £2.500 for inferior wood fitted along 50 foot of our home and not one person could throw any light on the problem, just passing the buck again which Stately have top marks for, and can’t claim off my insurance as they are as bad as Stately Albion, this time I’ve had to have a new tumble dryer, everything was ok until we had to fit the vent tube and someone thought, no where shall I put the vent hole ? See photo attached if allowed, I’ve had my fill of this company like everyone else and I’m know getting the media involved. Enough is enough. Apparently I can’t put the photo on

Appalling After Care

We purchased a show home at a residential park and on viewing the home there was no door between the kitchen and the lounge. We were advise to add this to our snagging list as it had been removed to make it easier to show people round. We moved in and did just that along with other snags, submitted them to Stately only to be told that our snagging would not be done because the home had been sited for more than 45 days! Our park fought our corner and we eventually got most of the snagging completed. However the door needed to be ordered and we were advised by stately that this would be approximately 4-6 weeks.
Not a problem we thought, as of today we still don't have a door and Stately have now told us 7 months on that our home doesn't have a door in the spec!
Their aftersales is shocking and I only wish we had known this before buying from them.

Well continuing on we have had to pay…

Well continuing on we have had to pay Omar for the bits to fix our shower waiting 2 months still don't have the bits, the job to repair our bathroom is bigger than expected wall panels have to come off tiles in shower have to come off plaster board needs replacing we are pensioners and my husband has a health problem, all this because they refused to accept responsibility as we did not re grout tiles 3 months after moving in is it me or gas anyone heard such a thing before???? Also the lower panel to our front door just shattered for no reason which has created a security issue as we have just had to board it up and again waited 2 months for replacement dreadful service

Aftersales team appaling

Aftersales team appaling never get back to you.
Snagging taking too long to to rectify, interior door to bathroom was a completely different design to the rest of the doors and didn't fit. 8 weeks in and just got a date for the snagging to be done. Chiller wasn't working from the moment the lodge was delivered but they are saying it's down to the manufacture not them. Aftersales team rude is an understatment and reduced my mother to tears (83). Would not deal with this company again and wish I'd read the reviews before proceeding with a purchase. Just hope the snagging team have a little more sympathy than the people on the phone.

DO NOT buy from Stately Albion

DO NOT buy from Stately Albion, their After Sales, Customer Care is appalling.
Since February 2021 I have been requesting repairs to my home, exterior wood exposed. I have been given excuse after excuse, no repair dates, too near the winter etc. Every
Month I send emails showing the deterioration of my home, with
Little or no response. My home was built with inferior materials.

Awful after sales

Awful after sales. Been in our home for nearly a year still problems. They give a date for technicians to be on site so book day off work to then be told date was only provisionally and they are not coming. After sales are rude and should not be in a customer service role. Dont buy a stately home.

PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT BUY A STATELY ALBION

If only Trust Pilot had a 0 star rating this would be the only score I could give Stately Albion, however, I am forced to give them 1 star. I have been waiting for 18 months for this company to repair two large cracks in the outside wall of my new building. These cracks were reported to Stately Albion in April 2022 under their Platinum Shield Warranty and I waited until August for a visit which failed to materialise until I chased Customer Services. The eventual visit took no more that 2 - 3 minutes and I was informed that they would return to repair the cracks in the wall. Despite contacting what whatever purports to be Customer Services I still have no scheduled date for repair. Customer Services either fail to respond, send curt emails blaming Covid or just tell me that it has not been scheduled! To say that I am disgusted with this company is an understatement. For your own sanity, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
