Moved into our unit more than a year…
Moved into our unit more than a year ago. Judging by previous comments I am not alone in waiting for work to carried out. Still waiting for doors to be fitted to bathroom cabinet. Promised a visit on October 19th, guess what, no one turned up. Sent email to CEO to complain. Still waiting for a reply. Spoke to customer services about the long wait, her reply was “that’s long then” with laughter. We should all get together and sue the company for damages.

Nice home...crap after sales.
Nice home...crap after sales...its a joke, it's taken them over 6 months to come and look at the second set of external cracks on my home....and today, the day the head of after sales said they were coming....guess what, no one turned up....utter crap.
Don't use this company what so ever
Don't use this company what so ever, if it was possible I would give it no stars
It has made a huge dent in our saving having to pay solicitors fee to get our home fit to live in (bought new in 2015) taken till this year to get it to a liveable stranded
This company along with the ex park owner has been a cause of constant stress and worry which has caused extreme ill health to my husband
if you value your health and money don't use this company
The aftersales department is a complete…
The aftersales department is a complete shambles. I have been appalled by the lies they have told whilst not doing anything to resolve the many problems with my home.
Extremely poor response from after…
Extremely poor response from after sales. Placed our order back in 2014 and initially very pleased with our home but have had numerous problems including Showerwall boards being replaced in ensuite due to incorrect installation (which I was initially told was due to my poor maintenance) the whole of the outside being replaced as most of plywood boards were rotting and the current issue of 75% of wardrobe doors drawer fronts etc where the vinyl wrap has lifted. It has now taken a further 6 months to partly resolve this latest problem - am still waiting for missing drawer fronts and wardrobe doors not being pre drilled. Gross incompetence.
My advice is don't go near this company.
Aftersales have generally been unhelpful and always tried to avoid any remedial work and just wanted rid of you.
After sales ? What a joke !
Stately Albion Homes are beautifully designed there’s no question about that.. However their aftercare service IS a different matter. The impression is that once they have your money they can’t be bothered with you . They say they’re coming round to fix problems but don’t turn up. They are supposed to let you know when they’re coming but never do. When you do get a visit there’s always “ a sharp intake of breath “. And your told they don’t have the parts for the job. Most problems have been sorted out by ourselves in the 15 months since we bought this home new. We’re still waiting for them to replace a faulty temperature bar for the en-suite shower. Every time we phoned we were told it was on order. ... they sell them in B & Q. It doesn’t take six months for heaven’s sake ... But to cap it all they have told the park’s owners that all our jobs have been completed !! What a joke !
What Happened To The Customer Is Always Right?
I bought a new stately-albion park home 06/2013. Contrary to what their web site says "their customers are NOT their priority!" Unfortunately my first year was taken up with a big problem with the site owners! Finally this problem was solved by end 06/2014. Then during the winter of 2014 I realised my clothes and towels were smelling sour. After speaking with some neighbours who had never heard of this happening said it sounds like humidity! Since that I have been telephoning and emailing, not always with responses from stately. I have allowed them to try everything to solve this problem, drilling holes throughout the shelves to the wardrobe. I even bought insulation and staple gun to apply. First they said it was a good idea then I was told I was making it worse. Then William who did jobs for stately said he wanted to put a vent on the back wall, which I allowed. Things did not get better only worse as I found the exterior wall in spare room to also have humidity! Then about October 2017 William came back and check everything outside and found air pockets in those outside walls. Chris from exteriors at stately came before spring 2018 and agreed. With more time trying to contact stately-albion I finally got an email saying the job will be fixed in August 2018. This never happened and when I finally got through to them again, new people had taken over aftercare, Sarah Facey is her name and was of no help whatsoever and no date of when the job would be done. I am registered disabled and the problem with my bones is only being made worse in this humidity in my home. A Mr David Hurd who is owner or part owner of stately-albion states that "his customers are his priority". Some joke because I also emailed him last year and he did not even dignify me with a response. Meanwhile I am spending a small fortune in dehumidifiers which I have hanging in each shelf, cupboard and along the clothes ril.
