Poor quality-broke within 6mths

Within 6 months of use, zip thread broke. Bag was out of warranty period. Although customer service responded quickly, they don’t replace out of warranty, neither repair bags. Hence, offer was 50% off new bag! I expected better quality for a bag that cost $300! Why would I want money off a new bag when the quality appears to be poor! No process in place to escalate the complaint. Wouldn’t buy anything from this company again.

False advertising + rude staff

Their products are falsely advertised online. When trying to resolve the issue via email I had the worst customer experience dealing with Jessica from Status Anxiety online ordering. She chose to argue with me, a customer, rather than resolve the issue.

This phone case does not look anything like the images on their website. The cases are made of mismatched pieces of leather and cheaply stitched together. the case looks cheap and weird.
Made in Australia my a**!!

When I contacted them for an exchange I was greeted with nothing but hostility, rudeness, and excuses as to why their products look nothing like what they advertised. And instead of organizing the exchange, they have been ignoring me for 2 weeks. Horrible customer service.

To make matters worse, they selectively choose which reviews to add to their website. Therefore no negative reviews to be found there.. unbelievable...

Awkward and hard customer service and…

Awkward and hard customer service and return policy. Bought a belt but i am not satisfied with what I got: size too big even the smallest size, no enough holes, no second ring to hold the excessive belt, etc. Called the customer service and got a very hard reply, insisting (proudly) that they are not like some other online stores offering free return, their customers must pay for the return postage. No negotiation and trying her best to finish the conversation quickly.

Fantastic Australian company

The company were fantastic in solving an issue I had with a wallet. The staff were courteous, extremely helpful, responsive and were able to solve the problem.

One of the worst quality…

This has to be one of the worst quality bags even Kmart have better quality! I purchased the backpack and after a month of receiving I noticed the stitching was coming undone so I contacted customer service and once I sent it back they sent a replacement. After about 2 weeks of receiving the replacement I noticed the shoulder strap was starting to detach from the bag and the zippers would keep getting caught. It has now been 18months and the strap has pretty much detached, more stitching has come undone and the zipper has broken. Definitely not worth the $300! I have tried to post this review on their website a couple of times but as you can see they don't post negative comments.

Love this brand but unfortunately…

Love this brand but unfortunately recently brought a lovely new laptop case from them and the zip has damaged my brand new computer! I hope they take into account as I don’t want this happening to another customer! I thought this case would protect well but instead it caused scratches and damage. Maybe the design needs to be thought out better

Love my bag and what a great price…

Love my bag and what a great price point for the quality of design and craftsmanship. Shipping took much longer than expected but understandable given the current circumstances with the pandemic.

Looking forward to adding more to my collection, but maybe once things get back to more normal

Terrible customer service from Status…

Terrible customer service from Status Anxiety. Ordered on the 22/05/20 and emailed a few times for an update. Got nothing but "Its stuck at Sydney" and "Cheers". My order has still not arrived - 18/06/20.

I understand lengthier wait times because of Covid-19 however, it was never mentioned it would take this long. I have ordered 2 other items from Sydney that arrived 11 days after ordering and 1 item from Perth that arrived 9 days after initial order.

I am more shocked at the writing of the reply emails if I am being totally honest.

I had such a great experience with SA…

I had such a great experience with SA lately. I bought the Wasteland bag with fur and after a couple of months the fur started falling out. I contacted SA to see what could be done and they repaced the bag free of charge! I was so surprised! They were so easy to deal with and happy to replace the bag
