Poor delivery and communication
After placing the order, I had to wait for 8 days before receiving it. During this period, I had to make 3 calls to chase the delivery status. While the customer service team members were friendly and promptly escalated the information, I did not receive any email communication regarding the delivery date for 5+ days. This lack of communication was disappointing, and the extended wait time of 8 days was inconvenient and frustrating
