Ordered Autoglym items, non existent customer service.
Ordered Autoglym items, HD Ceramic (£54) and other spray. Item arrived quite quickly. However the box of the expensive product is damaged, looks to be secondhand. I have not tried to open it but emailed straightaway to query this. Nothing heard. Tried phoning but all lines are linked to email (to where I sent the message). Held on to speak but dumped within 20 seconds. I would not advise dealing with this company as they show no interest once they have your money. Just hope the product they sent is legitimate..... expensive mistake dealing with this company. Be warned.

Be Careful
I first used this company perhaps a month ago for wiper blades. These arrived on time without a problem.
My second order, a couple of weeks ago (order number 9346) was for a Autoglym silicone blade. This did not arrive. I have tried e-mailing the company and telephoning the company without response. It is impossible to speak to a real person. I now fear that I have lost my money by trusting this company.

Ordered autoglym 5ltr shampoo and conditioner . The top was not screwed on properly some had leaked out so it was not full when arrived . Tried to contact via phone but no answer and they have not responded to any of my emails

I surfed the Internet for Autoglym bumper and trim gel and,luckily I came across Status Car Care site,the best price by far for 500mls. Ordered and delivered in a couple of days. I will definitely be using Status Car Care for future Car products.
This company sell items on Amazon
This company sell items on Amazon, the item i bought from them was a £750 hot tub, and being advertised on Amazon, gave me confidence. I ordered the item on a Monday, i received all the usual Amazon confirmations including the delivery would be made by the "Sellers Own Delivery" by Thursday 10pm (4 days later). All seemed great, on Thursday i received a notification from Amazon advising delivery would be made by 8pm, wow even better.
The item never arrived, i spoke to Amazon who at that point advised me it was a 3rd party seller, meaning they just use Amazons selling platform to move their products. All Amazon customer service could do was to "Read the script of screen" which they do for everyone and advise me to wait....
The following Monday (1 week later) i received a communication from the seller, asking "did i still want the item or a refund", WHAT ? surprised, confused ? i was told the item was out for delivery last week ? and yet today 7 days later im being asked if i still want to purchase the hottub iv paid for 7 days ago ??
I informed Amazon, guess what, all the customer services agent could do was to read off the screen their usual blurb starting with "im sorry, i understand how you feel...." i wish they wouldn't use words they don't mean, especially when its being read off screen, because remember these customer service agents are not allowed to do anything other than PROCEDURE and procedure comes from the screen their sat in front of for hours and hours a day taking customers calls.
So having no hot tub and still not receiving my £750 back in my account im in limbo.....
Please be aware of 3rd Party Sellers on Amazon, there usually unreliable amongst other problems. In the 8 years iv had an Amazon PRIME Business Account iv only ever had problems with the 3rd party sellers....

Order I made via Amazon on 26th March 2025 for 5 tins of Cuprinol Fence Paint from Status Car Care
When the order was made, I was told it would arrive on Saturday 29th March 2025.
On Thursday, 27th March 2025, I was sent a message saying an attempt had been made to deliver the items at 11.21 that morning. This attempt was never made, as I was home and also have a Ring door bell on my house and checked it to see if anyone had called. They had not. This false information made me worry about the order, so I cancelled the order with Amazon.
On Saturday, 29th March 2025, when I was away from home, a parcel was delivered to my house and left on the doorstep. The delivery driver took a photo of the parcel, which I could see on my Ring doorbell.
When I returned home on Sunday 30th March 2025, I took the parcel in and left it in my hallway. I did not open the parcel. I did wonder how 5 tins of paint could fit in the parcel that looked relatively small.
I rang Amazon and they said they would get in touch with the seller Status Car Care and they would send me details of how to return the parcel.
I subsequently got an email from Status Car Care with a label to return the item, BUT AT MY EXPENSE. I rang Amazon again and they told me they would ask Status Car for a prepaid returns label, but I only received a returns label that I had to pay postage on.
After several phone calls with Amazon operatives, I was reassured that if I paid the postage on the parcel to be returned, then Amazon would ensure I got the cost of the postage back. I was told to use my preferred returns agent. I do not return items as a matter of course so chose to return the items via the Post Office.
I lugged the unopened parcel to the Post Office, which was not easy for me as I am a 69 year old lady, only to be told that the Post Office do not accept parcels containing paint.
I took the parcel back home and rang Amazon. The operative said not to worry, as Amazon would now refund my money and I could keep the paint or give it away if I pleased. I was happy with this response. There was no mention of any form. I then opened the parcel for the first time, to find only 2 tins of paint therein.
I then got an email on Saturday 12th April 2025 saying I had missed the deadline for returning an A-Z guarantee form. As I was away, I did not have my records with me and sent as much information as I had on my phone back on Sunday 13th April 2025.
I then get an email today 14th April telling me to return the items at my cost to the seller and I would not be getting my money back for the postage which would have to be insured and have signature confirmation. IT IS A SCAM.
2 tins of paint delivered, impossible to return without incurring further expense.
I am at a loss as to how such a big Company as Amazon can treat their customers so badly and use a shoddy company like Status Car Care who obviously do not care about their customers.
I do not expect to get my money back from you now and did not even receive the full amount of goods that are stated in the order. A complete sham.

I ordered olive sanded paint, they sent oatmeal colour a complete different colour and now they want me to pay to send it back to them and pay the cost, the return information is enclosed below.

Ordered two tins of Sandtex masonry paint both tins leaking paint one very badly damaged the other slightly damaged .After reading some of the comments on here I have decided to keep them as not prepared to return them at my cost at the risk of not receiving a refund

I needed some screen wash. There are quite a few makes and concentrations on the market, some of the cheaper with very negative reviews.
I decided on AutoGlym, a known quality manufacturer. I came across Status Car Care.
They were offering it at £5.49, in comparison with Halfords £8.99, and with free postage. I had no problems ordering, and the package arrived after a few days, as promised. Excellent service.

No Regard for the Customer Experience
Disappointed to see cloths that will be used on paintwork thrown into a cardboard box and not in packaging to protect them from contamination. Also supposed to receive a free gift as advertised when ordering. Looks like my free gift was the cardboard box. Won’t use again as that’s no way to win custom.

Appalling slow service’ it took 3 days from my order for it to be “Ready for despatch” . In this day and age where Amazon can deliver the next day it is unacceptable for delivery to take 6 days. I will never use SCC again.
