As with other reviews-an awful lot of information needed and "faff" to set up. Cancelled policy after 6 months and was told that it would cost more to cancel than it cost to set up BUT they would kindly waive some of the cancellation fee, bringing it back down to £0 to pay them!! (Also there was Legal cover added to our policy somehow, which we have never taken out in any vehicle insurance policy!). Can't comment on whether they settle claims quickly-have never needed (thankfully) that service in all the time we have been handing them our money!

Very very good; Harvie was a very nice, personable chap and easy to talk to; and he went the extra mile to obtain the cheapest quote. In fact he almost halved the renewal quote from my previous insurer. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again, and I’ve actually recommended him to my brother.

Spoke to Colin regarding needing policy emailed as he said they have IT problems with portal . Polite ,efficient , not much more you can ask really ..

So refreshing to actually talk to a UK based customer service rep, who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Called me back when they said they would and made the renewable process a pleasure. No hard sell, and I got a lot of reassurance and guidance to ensure that the information I gave was accurate, this then enabled me to get the most competitive quote possible. Very refreshing in this modern world.

I contacted them today reference my insurance was up for renewal I was given a paper renewal price, so I contacted them and spoke to Amber Taylor.
SHe was very pleasant, polite and professional. the renewal price I was given was more hence the phone call. She managed to get the price down. She was very thorough and spoke to me at my pace, so I understood everything she wasn’t pushy. I’d like some insurance companies. In fact, she suggested that I look at another company to see if I could get a better quote. However, I didn’t because I found her mannerism and professionalism 2nd to none, so I stayed with the company

Been with this company for 2 years with no issues or problems.
This year got my renewal quote which was 400% higher than last year’s premium.
Spoke to an agent to see if there was a mistake, and he said that they couldn’t do anything about the quote.
Bye then !
And by your last statement that you give enough notice is rubbish as you have given me under two weeks!!!

Delighted with the service provided when I phoned to renew my annual campervan insurance. Very polite and professional and sales lady explained all options available. Renewal figure was reasonable but more importantly the policy covers all aspects needed for the vehicle and included third party insurance for any other vehicle I drive.

Avoid avoid avoid.
Took insurance out with these and paid in full,a couple of weeks later they wanted pictures of where my motorhome would be parked for some reason.
I never said i had a drive or garage that the motorhome would be parked on or in so don't no where they thought i was going to be parking it other than outside my house.
So they cancelled my insurance 14 days in at a cost of £200 barrgain

Harvie was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions immediately, listened to me and answered with confidence. Overall a very good experience.

With the help of Adrian managed to get the renewal premium to an acceptable level. Many thanks for the efficient service.

Although my insurance has nearly doubled compared to last year. I spoke with Amber ( she also provided her surname) she explained everything to me. The insurance company that I used last your was not being used by them for campervans. She looked for other options and explained everything. Although she said I may get cheaper insurance. The quote I had was the cheapest one they could give me using another company. As she was helpful I decided to renew with Staveley Head as I have been with thim since I bought the campervan.

Always cheapest insurance and today Harvie was the most efficient person I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to sorting van insurance. Refreshing to see somebody who’s good at their job nowadays!

AVOID, AVOID AVOID.
Took out policy and then went backwards and forwards with information that they needed including, DVLA information from Gov website. Never been asked to provide so much information for an insurance policy.
After 21 days we gave up and cancelled the policy to be told basically we would get half of the £635 refund. So half equates to 21 days of cover ! loss of commission, admin fee etc.
This is week 8 and I am still waiting for my refund and i've now been told the underwriters have just authorized it and it can take up 5 working days to go into my bank.
They pointed out in their Policy booklet it can take up to 6 weeks for a refund so clearly that has been broken. Furious
