if you see postive reviews its because it was posted by themselves with a fake account theres no such thing as good service from this company. if you dnt believe go ahead and find out the hard way. they will take your money place it lend it move it and when its time to receive youll just get a refund. they will provide you with a tracking number that doesnt exist or invald and then just refund you 5-6 weeks later. more than enouth time to touble their money and then just refund you. also their shoes come from china. so just stick to the stores that have a good reputation and have been proved to hold authentic shoes.

Terrible experience, buy from Goat or StockX instead. Had an order left processing for weeks only for them to tell me that it was out of stock.

Unpleasant shopping experience from start to finish. I was looking for a pair of Jordan Royal toe 1s for a while. Came across StayFresh online, saw my shoe and size available (Shipping states 2-5 business days). I placed an order then got an email next day saying it needs to be special ordered and can take up to 2 months…I immediately contacted about a refund, some discount, or at the least a rush shipping, literally anything would help. I also brought to their attention a glitch on the site that doesn't show inventory availability properly. They confirmed this and STILL denied me any refund or a valid solution what so ever. On top of that, they sell the shoe almost $300 more than the average market price (I got another pair for just over $300 next day and they list theirs for $550).. I got my shoes finally today after over a month and the shoe box is mashed up… waste of a $600 shopping experience. Thanks for nothing. 1st and only ever time i’ll shop there.
