Tapu was good guy and very polite and helpful

Came for a meal with family to steakout in Luton Wellington street and the food was amazing and the experience was also good we were served by shahid who was very pleasant and helpful and I now come here more often as the food and service especially is great so thank you shahid and steakout

I was there for Eid celebration with my family. Amazing food, awesome service. Wasn’t pushed to finish our dinner, it was just great, the staff are very amicable. We had a gentleman who was
Bengali, he was so so helpful and kept checking if we were alright. Being disabled they take pride in the work and customer service the best. Keep up the good work.

Train your staff.
I have always been a fan of there food But the staff in the South west London branch’s need more training I have visited there twice and they have no customer care. So I then decided to visit at Stratford branch considering this is far from home an this was even awful I complained due to a mistake on my order a gentleman with a “long beard” shall I describe him tried to rectify this issue however even his attitude surprised me he was obviously concerned for me not to make a huge issue due to the business of the restaurant, his concentration seemed to be elsewhere for this reason and lack of care I will not be returning and you have lost a valued customer.

We celebrated our princesses 3rd birthday there and I cant express how great the service was and the food was amazing. Everything we ordered was perfect so much flavour will defo be a regular and were from Birmingham. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Vary discriminating Went to steak out Norbury with my family last Monday after waiting one hour for a table to seat some of there people came I mean some asians they were seated and we were told to still wait but we left I find them to be vary racist will never go there again maybe the restaurant is for certain people only

Luton - disgraceful and overpriced ultra fast food!! Went here with my daughter when we were staying locally before our flight. Shocking how quick the food came! The wings were pre cooked and they just threw some sauce over them! The steak was cheap, rough meat and my chicken was fair. Wished we had gone to Macdonalds.

Before you eat at the Cardiff restaurant (or order a takeaway), take a quick look at the back of the building. When you see the lack of hygiene, the piled up rubbish that they ignore, and the flies and seagulls having a good go at the food before you do, there is no chance you would eat here. I have requested numerous times that they clean up their act, the branch don't care, their Head Office don't care, the council do however care and fingers crossed we can force this disrespectful and ignorant business to start considering their neighbours and hygiene. PS: The reason the Manager says they cannot control their own rubbish is that they cannot afford to have the rubbish collected. They don't seem to understand that this is not a good enough reason.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I have bought stuff from them several times hoping they will improve, but never. The chips that I got served a few times were made with horrible potatoes and at other times I am served burnt chips.Sometimes the meat had gone dark brownish and was just unedible. Their food is not high quality but prices are sky high. The sauce was sooo watery. The steak was so rubbery and full of fat, had to throw away half of the expensive steak..charges are just too high. And in addition you dint get that good service expected of this price and they so rude and unhelpful. Not co-operative at all.
