Actually getting customer support was difficult, the Support Page is not easy to navigate or user friendly and though they couldn't help the were very professional.

It was very easy to work with customer service to get the problem figured out. Highly recommend, they had suggestions to get the product working and when that didn’t work we proceeded with the warranty.

(Assistance for a keyboard issue)
Quick response, easy to follow instructions and a brand new replacement product in a few days of back and forth, couldn't ask for anything more

I had contacted Tech Support because my Steel Series headset had stopped working in one ear less than a year after purchase.
The Tech Support agent I spoke to from SteelSeries was amazing and asked me to break the headset so he could send me a new one.. Eventually I received a new headset with no complications.. The Agent spoke to me all through the process and was quick to respond to any questions, comments or concerns I had.
It was a truly exceptional customer service experience where I felt like I was treated with respect and understanding.

I purchased a brand new Arctic nova pro. Price 379 euro, one of the battery's didn't charge as intended so contact customer care haha yes they are among the most useless people on the earth, after emails and emails still got no resolve told to contact the vendor which didnt solve any problem, 2 year warranty worthless... Save your time and money I'll never buy a single item from this scam of a company.... That reply is an insult to my intelligence.

Even on weekends they responded in really good time, and thats a great thing for big gaming industry like this. I hope they are going to keep up, and have more and more good responses and products.

My headphones died just after the warranty period expired but SteelSeries sent me a replacement model anyway and maintained great communication through the process. Thanks!!

What a truly great experience. I had a problem with my headphones. I was given my own service technician who was with me through the entire process from exploring software and firmware issues to receiving a new pair through the warranty program.
Throughout the instructions were well documented and easy to follow with a very quick response time.
Steel series are excellent products with excellent customer support

It take a while to get a replacement but I was informed on every step and they manage to solve all my queries.

After several months of use, the left speaker's membrane became detached and started making loud snapping noises whenever I moved the earcup around.
Email support people said to return it to the merchant where I bought it. I did that, and they turned around the refund in about a week - much faster than I expected.

It was great for classical technical support process that's why I gave avarage point.
But the rest of the other part is more difficult to handle it for the the succesfull finished. Most of the Company can not do it do not worry because of it.
