Fantastic Service. … and a little regret
I ordered a Tanker Single Pedestal Desk and was amazed by the excellent service but regret that I never met any of the super friendly team in person.
I had a bureau writing desk since student days which I adore but which sadly was also falling apart.
I had been looking for months to replace this desk but wanted no compromise.
“Designer desks” in large London department stores offer little functionality and are outrageously expensive

Their furniture is handcrafted and stunning … but I had set my heart on certain features.
Compromise would have been difficult - no problem with Steelvintage.
Their furniture is bespoke, their flexibility endless and their response time literally immediate.
So what was wrong with this company, I wondered?
It was all too good to be true.
I usually need to see the furniture, discuss the options, test it, try it - impossible during lockdown. Would I ever get to Bristol in the first place?
It can all be done - just try their easy-to-navigate website. This easily guides you through the various features which are standard. Then you choose your own finish, wood and wood distressing etc.
Communication is always excellent.
Everybody so friendly. Service impeccable.
I wished everything in life was as easy and flexible as creating a bespoke piece of furniture from Steel Vintage.
