Was directed to Steer Tamworth for a repair after insurance claim.
Very straightforward to book in, gave accurate timescale of repairs, kept me informed, work completed on time and to a high standard. Very pleased with the result, and great customer service - even returning my car to the hire car location in case I missed their closing time and saving me an additional journey.

We had some repair work done by Steer Automotive and overall the experience was excellent.

Shortly after collecting the vehicle we noticed a couple of small chips on the repaired sill area. When we contacted the team they responded quickly and asked us to bring the vehicle back so they could investigate.

They were very professional throughout – checking the repair, adjusting the door alignment to rule out any contact, and redoing the affected area. They also added clear protective strips to help prevent future damage.

Given we’re about to leave on a long road trip, they worked hard to accommodate a very tight turnaround for us, which we really appreciated.

Good communication, fair approach to resolving the issue, and great customer service. Thank you to the team for sorting everything out so quickly.

Brilliant service from start to finish - great communication the whole way through

I would highly recommend Steer Prestige at Maidstone as they did a great job on repairing my car recently. The staff were all very professional, knowledgable and very helpful. Steve went above and beyond my expectations in seeing that all the work required was done as quickly as possible. Also Lauren and Hazel were great at updating me on how the work was going. So nice to deal with people really taking pride in their work/jobs. I would definitely use them again and I am recommending the garage to all my friends.

I had my Nissan Juke repaired at the Broxbourne branch and I can say that the service i received was exceptional. David the manager is professional and courteous and understanding to the highest level. Michelle and Fiona on reception gave excellent customer service and were very reassuring. Great service - I was happy with my repair and the updates I got through the online portal

I had an accident and my insurer chose Steer Chippenham to repair my car. I had requested a swift repair as I had to make a long journey in the car very soon. Steer went out of their way to get the repair completed in time. In fact it took them only a few days to complete. The work was perfect and I was extremely happy with the service I received from everyone at Steer Chippenham.

Car was damaged - went through there insurance and was passed on to to Steer Chippenham branch - I am so impressed work was done within 24 hours and car looks brand new again. Woman on reception was fantastic and the day I pick car up the gentleman was fantastic aswell!

I used Steer Southampton for my car paintwork repairs and I am very pleased with the Quality of workmanship and communication was very good as well. They kept me informed of progress made during the repair process and collection of the vehicle went well, with paperwork supplied including certification where applicable and advice going forward for care of the new paintwork.

Excellent service they repaired my passenger door, kept me informed throughout the process,and provided a courtesy car. Staff seemed very efficient and friendly, would highly recommend this company. The finished door was outstanding.

Car went into New Milton to have new door fitted and sprayed in. Went in on Monday and delivered back to me on Friday. Loan car was new and adequate. No fuss or hassle and a good repair.

Prestige took my car in after a nasty scrape down the passenger side involving both doors and sills.
The car was assessed /quote given /work done speedily and efficiently with minimal fuss / red tape.
The finished job was perfection , including a full valet and polish. In fact the car looked as good as when I picked it up from the showroom!!
