We have been a customer for years buying raw food for our Rottie. He loves the Just Natural products. I bought 3 boxes of DAF Beef and Liver for him last Thursday to try it out as well as 2 boxes of Just Natural Lamb and Tripe. He has refused to eat the Beef and Liver. After a while he picked pieces from his dish and dropped them all over the floor. He must of been looking for something that was edible. He was then sick later in the day. We tried him 3 times with the same result!!!. He did eat the Just Natural product as we feed him twice a day.
I asked Stef to exchange the DAF for Just Natural. All our raw dog food is kept in our chest deep freezer so the same as when delivered. Stef refused so now she has lost a long time customer. Hope you all dont have the same experience we have had. I have seen reports of issues with DAF. Please be aware!!!

I placed my first order yesterday and my delivery just arrived, I'm very impressed with it all being totally frozen still, in July!! Wool and ice blocks are used to ensure items are kept frozen and they really did the job! Stephs were recommended highly on a Facebook group I'm on and I am so pleased with the great service! The wonderful thing about this shop is that I could order a wide mix of raw brands and flavours in one order. Very happy, thank you so much!

Stef's Pet Pantry stock a fantastic range of raw dog food brands and meals, their customer service is top class and Stef herself does a lot to promote raw feeding, I really respect her. Courier charges are one of the cheapest available but how I would love to be in the catchment area to get my deliveries on their temperature controlled vans! I've ordered from Stef's multiple times and never once had a problem. Always happy to recommend them.

I've been using Stef's for a few years now. I honestly don't think you'll find a bigger, better range anywhere. Stef is true expert on pet food, but is also very passionate about welfare, morals and ethics. I've never had a problem with my deliveries (via courier) and will continue to use for the foreseeable future.

Stefs pet pantry went above and beyond. I got my delivery last week but only 1/2 boxes turned up so I contacted them. It turns out DPD damaged one of the boxes and wouldn’t send it because it was frozen food it had to be destroyed. Stefs packed and resent the rest of my order even though it wasn’t their fault they would get no compensation for the courier damaging what was worth over £100 of product. Thank you very much. My two dogs will be fed now for at least 6 months so they are very happy customers. I bought them chicken hearts for the first time and they love them. Gets them 2/3 times a week as a treat

I cannot fault Stefs Pet Pantry, this is my go to place to order my dogs food. My dog started to get fussy with the brands my local store stock and wouldn't eat them.
I'm pleased I found Stefs Pet Pantry as they stock many brands and protiens. All BARF recommended brands are availabletoo.
I order online for next day delivery and has always arrived on time. All items are still perfectly frozen too. My dog loves the different variety and gets super excited for his delivery!

We have used Stefs for a few years now, and I have watched her business grow, this is due to her work ethic, her amazing team, and the customer service they offer. Also you will be hard pressed to find a company that offers such an amazing range of species appropriate food for your pets. I highly recommend them.

Been a customer for little over a year. On the one occasion we had an issue with a product, customer service was truly exceptional and went above and beyond to secure a positive outcome for us. We live relatively local and spend enough to secure free delivery. Good range of products and regular restocking. Delivery drivers are super friendly, polite and helpful (always leave our frozen food where I ask, out of sunlight and post the receipt so it doesn’t blow away). 5*

I adopted an allergic dog (all birds, beef and pork) so it is difficult to find any kibble that suits us because many of them contain chicken fat, which doesn't cause allergies, but when the meat is mechanically separated, this bit of protein always causes scratching and reaction allergic to him.
So I learned myself with the help of a dog nutritionist to compose the proportions of his meals.
And this is the role Stefspetpantry. They provide us with all the ingredients we need, they have an amazing selection of lamb and rabbit. Rabbit organs in particular are difficult to buy from local butchers.
Besides, I was very surprised when they ringed me to inform me that they didn't have one of the ordered items that day and it will be delivered the next day. My experience with other companies was completely different, I usually got an order and then I was informed that something was missing.

I usually buy my dogs raw food direct from the dogs butcher and every month it is a pain to dispose of their polystyrene boxes (very bad for the planet). I bought from stefs pantry this month and was so happy to receive my goods the next day (great service) and in sheepswool insulation which I could even return free of charge for extra loyalty points. THAT is how businesses should be run and you've won me over as a regular customer. Great selection of food and treats too!

Ordered from Stefs Pet Pantry 5 times now. I paid for Saturday delivery once and had an email from DPD to say it was coming the next day (Thursday), I emailed Stefs Pet Pantry and Stef called back swiftly to advise not to worry and it will be coming on the Saturday. Had quick and efficient service the times I have ordered and will continue to order. fab website

What a great business, anyone that loves their animals knows the importance of great products and natural healthy food and treats, i use stefs for my DIY raw food for my dog, i can get a huge mix of different products all delivered straight to my door for a great price.

Browsing the site i noticed they also have a great selection of pre prepared foods too.
