Julian Tate & his staff
I had a great experience with Julian Tate and his team — they were all so friendly, polite, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer.
Julian made sure I was kept up to date with what was happening with my car, and he even called personally to let me know when it had been washed and was ready to collect.
You can tell he runs a happy, professional team — the girls were brilliant and really helpful throughout. I’ll definitely be going back there next time my car needs a service.
Well done, Julian and your team — you did a fantastic job!

Great customer service, nice environment.
Billy & Declan were really helpful and supportive and made buying our car a nice experience. Really easy to get along with and went above board, the minute we stepped into the establishment we were offered refreshments and checked up on to see if we were ok throughout the process. Very poor fleet customer service
I know fleet has a tiny margin and so investment in time and customer service is not a priority, but as a fleet customer I do expect some level of service and communications. Instead - nothing. Not a call not an explanation just delay after delay without any contact. Only resorting to this method as all of my calls go completely unanswered. Shocked and disappointed - will be looking to cancel.

Fantastic service
We live 150 miles away from Manchester in Anglesey and called in whilst in the area. We were helped by Billy Wadeson and I have to say, he couldn’t have been more helpful. We decided to buy the car and were more than happy to travel 300 mile round trip to come back for the car. I would definitely recommend friends and family to travel here to get this same level of service - we felt very well looked after and nothing was too much bother. Thank you Billy!

My Alfa tonale had broken down, in warranty with a warranty issue, and they refused to have my car taken to them as I didn’t have an appointment and couldn’t provide one for 3 weeks. My fault probably for not expecting it to breakdown
