I recently went to Stellantis & You Guildford, looking for a car to finance. Aislinn was very helpful and knowledgeable in which vehicles they had in my price range, and which Warranties and cover came with it. I would definitely recommend here to friends and family looking for a car.

I can’t thank Terry and the rest of the team enough for their outstanding customer service and care. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, prompt, and incredibly helpful.

This review is specific to Gabriel Knight at the After Sales Reception and NOT Stellantis Godalming. Gabriel was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional throughout. Gabriel’s understanding of the vehicle, explanation of the problems and process was thorough and engaging. My concern is in regard to the need to charge £199.00 for diagnosing an obvious problem with the instrument cluster that one could visibly see and did not require a diagnosis via a £45 OBD2 diagnosis tool that took 10-minutes to complete. Then to be informed that the instrument cluster replacement would cost £1,000.00 when Cartronix can achieve the replacement for £250. Again, Gabriel has been a pleasure to deal with and I thank him for saving the day!

Booking was done online and this was easy. I was expertly checked in by Angela Ware and checked out by Terry McKay. The work was carried out while I waited and the car was given a valet. There was free coffee while I waited. Thank you to Della and your team for such great service

Stellantis Hurtmore, having spent most of the day phoning the hot line customer service (Citroen) and getting nowhere, I phoned the hurtmore dealership what a difference….Angela could tell I was stressed and talked to me in a calm natural way. I was really impressed by the way she helped me with the problem. Was able to take my car in the next day, it should be ready by the weekend. Richard kindly gave me a lift home. Well done everyone couldn’t have wished for better service …I nominate Angela for employee of the month.
I received a phone call to say that my car was ready the next day and delivered back to me. I can not praise them enough. Thank you.

Godalming Team , but not car service booking team

Recently had the first service on my Peugeot 208 and was very happy with the way Stellantis Guildford looked after my car, sending me the video health check and letting me know when my car was ready. Extremely friendly guy who came and picked up and returned my car. Great customer service from Stellantis. Thankyou

Still the same excellent service from the newly named Stellantis Company that I have received in the past from Robins Day. Always receive a detailed report on service undertaken and such good communication and help from Suzy who made sure that I understood the recommendations for new tyres. A very nice place to visit, all staff very friendly, offered coffee and biscuits while you wait, most welcome! Altogether a very professional company.

Collection and return of a gleaming car made using Guildford Citroen easy. They kept in touch and sent a high quality video of underneath of car with full explanation. Will use again.

It gets worse
After my first review, I have an update to add.

The Adblue pipe was crushed, split, trapped, and bolted closed between the gearbox housing and engine.

This was done for the replacement of the clutch.
On top of this jacking up by the sump pan and damaging the sump to do this work, the oil valve was restricted (complete engine failure)

The glow plug work charged for appears not to have been done in full but charged for (one snapped in the cylinder head by the Stellantis Mechanic/team

This company or branch is a sham with no due care and attention, skill, pride, or accountability for their muck ups. A set of cowboys.

Our complaint is now referred to the Ombudsman.

Our company is now in the process of seeking large compensation for the engine failure caused by their poor workmanship

A rebuilt engine has been supplied and installed by a competent garage and working beautifully.

The New garage and the engine rebuild company have identified the issues and faulted the workmanship and methods by Stellantis Mechanics at Godalming Guildford

My advice is to steer clear of this branch. I am in business and provide MTM products. I understand that Service, product, and delivery.
Stellantis (Godalming) Guildord failed on all three miserably

Originally purchased a Peugeot 208 from the Guildford branch end of April.

Car has broke down twice and run out of oil more times than I can count and no oil lights come on, no warning no nothing. They had the car 2 weeks did nothing that I couldn’t do myself and couldn’t even provide a report or paperwork.

Returned the Car with no fault but using 1.3Litres of oil in 909 miles… a 1.2 Peugeot not a high performance sports car.

Refused Rejection, even though they had the opportunity to investigate and repair the fault. Even unplugged my dash cams whilst they had it which was cheeky in itself.

Even went as far as telling me to get an independent report, what dealership needs an independent to do their work for them. A terrible one.

They’re 5* Until they get their money, Faulty cars & don’t wanna do the work on them.

Take your money elsewhere! Nothing but a nightmare.

Had an independent report done proved the fault & have to say Christopher the used car sales manager was very efficient and quick to sort accepting the rejection and arranging collection and a full refund, which is more than appreciated after the ordeal. Wish the rest of the people I dealt with were as brilliant as him no wonder he’s the manager. The rest useless!

Have been waiting for a replacement wing mirror since November 2022. Been given the runaround by service and parts department, keep being told unable to a get replacement. Vehicle under warranty. Have been chasing Stellantis and You at Guildford who are always very unhelpful.
Service is terrible.

Personal interest in getting a great deal on a new car, with updates as the order progressed. Great coffee and car mats too!
