My EC3 rejection.
My EC3 rejection.
Well I am lucky. I got my brand new EC3 at the start of June. Had it for a weekend and then realised I was mis sold it. It had no remote climate control, speed set/cruse control not working correctly and it wasn't even PDI'd correctly before I collected it.
It was not the garages fault about the missing feature as they were not aware that Citroen's own sales material was wrong, and to be fair, Nathan was the only sales person there to actually help me and fight to get the car rejected, but the service overall was poor with one sales person saying another didn't know how to do paperwork!
After one weekend I knew car was a lemon (and actually although sold as new, had been sitting in a field or yard for two years).
Citroën and Stellantis finally accepted my rejection just over a month later and I have got my trade in back and a refund.
Please do your research before buying a car from Citroen, the quality of the car was an absolute joke and this garage gave misinformation on delivery time and did not carry out a pre-delivery inspection correctly.
They 'lost' £6000 and had to wait while their accounts department 'found it'.
I can happily say I WILL NEVER buy another Stellantis car. From all the brands they now own, they have stripped away quality and all the things that made that brand unique.
Go ANYWHERE else other than Citroen and Stellantis!
Update: As per Garages request, I have edited the initial review to confirm that it was not Citroen Crawley that mis-informed me on the remote climate control, it was Citroen that were selling cars promising features that were not available.
