Leasing a car was a really good experience for me, especially because of my agent, Jin.
At first, I wasn’t sure about leasing, but Jin explained everything clearly and made it easy to understand. He was friendly, patient, and didn’t pressure me into anything.
The whole process was quick and smooth, from choosing the car to signing the agreement. I always knew what was going on.
When I got the car, it was exactly what I wanted and in great condition. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would recommend working with Jin.

I arrived for a safety recall. Demi had called me previously to remind me of my appointment. I arrived and was shown to the reception area, and then the process was explained to me. Demi is friendly (and professional) and she puts you at ease straight away. She made me feel as if I'd known her for ages. The whole process was quicker than I thought it would be. Overall a positive experience.

Shocking Experience – Avoid This Dealership!

My son took my Peugeot 3008 Electric car to Romford Peugeot showroom for a recall trusting that it would be in safe hands. However, to my utter dismay while it was in their care, my Blue Badge was stolen from inside the vehicle-a vital item that I rely on due to my serious health conditions.

What made this even worse was the unprofessional and dismissive attitude of the staff when I reported the theft. The Assistant Manager Rimon and Kellie Donovan were completely unhelpful and uncooperative. Instead of showing concern or assisting in any way, they were defensive. Kellie even stated that she didn't like being called a thief. I made it clear that I was referring to the person who actually stole my badge, yet I was made to feel like a liar. Well, I don't appreciate being treated that way either.

I requested that they check CCTV footage or take some responsibility, but they showed no willingness to help. There was no apology, no action taken, and no effort to investigate. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially from a dealership that should prioritize customer trust and security.

I have reported this theft to the police for further investigation, as Peugeot staff clearly had no interest in resolving the matter.

I strongly urge others to think twice before leaving their vehicle here. If this is how they handle theft and serious customer concerns, it raises major red flags about their overall service. No one should have to go through this kind of treatment.

RECENTLY I WAS LOOKING FOR SERVICE STATION NEAR TO Y PLACE. I GOT THIS STELLANTIS & YOU SERVICE POINT IN GOOGLE.

I BOOKED MY SERVICE AND DROP OFF ON 10/02/2024. WHEN I LEFT THE KEYS THE LADY WHO SERVED ME SAID I CAN COLLECT AT 12PM.

I SAID THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH BATTERY SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW WEATHER BATTERY NEED TO REPLACE OR NOT. SHE SAID SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU REGARDING THIS.

SO I WAS WAITING FOR THIS CALL. AND I DID NOT TURN TO SERVICE CENTRE UNTIL I RECEIVE A CALL FROM THEM.

BUT INSTEAD OF BATTERY ISSUE, SHE CALLED ME AND ASKING STILL YOU DID NOT COLLECT YOUR VEHICLE @12.30pm. I REPLIED I WAS WAITING FOR CALL FROM YOU. SHE COMPLETELY IGNORED AND KEEP ON SAYING IF I DID NOT COME FOR PICK UP IN NEXT 15 MINS. SHE WILL LEAVE THE OFFICE AND I SUPPOSE TO COLLECT VEHICLE ON MONDAY (after 2 days).

SHE KEEP ON CALLING ME UNTILL I REACH THE PLACE.

AND REGARDING SERVICE- REALLY VERY POOR AND THEY SAID CAR WILL BE CLEANED COMPLETELY. BUT WHEN I COOLECT. THE CAR IS IN SAME CONDITION AND CLEANING WAS DONE JUST FOR THE SAKE OF DOING IT.#

I’d like to say a big thank you to Harry Lloyd, who is very helpful in helping me buy my new van. Excellent service, very polite, I’m very patient with me, talked me through everything I needed to know and kept me completely updated five stars from me very good service.

A relaxed and professional atmosphere in the showroom. Making a pleasant experience, no hard selling to get you to buy a car. You could look round and when ready ask questions from the approachable polite sales people on hand. After purchasing a new car, with a great deal we left very satisfied customers.

Junaid was very helpful and looked after both myself and my wife very well whilst we were purchasing our DS 7 from Robins Day in Romford. The car I was collecting was all ready for me when I arrived, so I took the car for a test drive and then purchased it straight away. Junaid was not at all pushy, just helpful and made you feel at ease and well looked after. He called me over the weekend to make sure I was totally happy with my Car...this is an A plus service buying experience. Thanks Junaid.
