My experience was amazing, my sales advisor made me and my family feel really comfortable and was not pushy at all and she was really helpful with what we wanted which really helped us. She ensured the car was perfect before driving away. Dej helped with sorting out 7 day insurance. Overall she was very accommodating and would definitely recommend her to friends and family. Lorraine sorted out our issue promptly and was very helpful when it come to our car, she was very kind and always good at communicating what was going on. Lorraine’s customer service was by far the best we received at robins and day.

I was lucky enough to order a new car in March of this year and at the time was given a build date for June and also had been given a part exchange figure for June, unfortunately the build date was put back till July, my concern was the my part exchange figure would go down, i called Robins and day and spoke to Aaron Neal, i explained the situation and my concerns and within a week of making the initial call, Aaron located a car for me, bearing in mind there were only three cars in the country that were not reseved, he pulled out all the stops and on Thursday 23rd June i was the new owner of a Citreon C5 Aircross, i absolutely love the Car and the customer service i received from Aaron was second to none, thank you Aaron for going above and beyond, you a credit to Robins and Day and it was a privilege doing business with you
