Today I had my van serviced at the Brentford branch. I got all the necessary info and reminders prior to the appointment. It was all managed by a lovely lady called Lafira who kept me informed while I waited. Overall a very pleasant experience.

My experience was seamless, I was helped by Lafira Fernandes. I dropped my car and picked it up on the same day for the annual service.
Lafira was very knowledgeable about what I needed for my service and answered all my questions clearly. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I received my car after the service (washed and vacuumed).
