Lauren was welcoming, knowledgable and accommodating as we searched for a replacement car. If we asked a question she would either know the answer or immediately find it out.
She was a pleasure to deal with and I hope to be purchasing from her in the future.

Awful Customer Service
On the day, very helpful.
Simple fact is they haven't fixed the issue with my car, despite assuring me they had.
The car is under warranty, and I'd be interested to know if they charged Fiat for not resolving the issue.
I have contacted them but they have yet to respond and this is a week after my first contact form. They have no phone number and are exceptionally difficult to deal with. I'd find another Fiat dealer if I were you.

A daylight robbery
I paid 438 pounds for the second year of annual maintenance. I received the car dirty, and the boot was not vacuumed at all. In addition, the cup holder is still sticky from previous drinks. The gentleman who took the car inspected it and found nothing damaged or missing. After they received the vehicle, they informed me that the Radar Cover was missing. I suggest the garage has stolen it. Imagine £438.79
For a similar service, which can cost less than £80
