New car delivered on January 30th 2025. Issues from day 1. Latest issue resulted in waiting for a part for 3 months. Car went in for repair and came out in a worse condition than when dropped off. Rearranged repair. Vehicle has now been with the dealership for 7 days and still not repaired. Requested feedback from branch manager and service manager on 2 occasions. No feedback received. Post sales service is appalling.

Bought my new car from here. Great customer service from Ryan and all the guys there. They were great, very helpful and kept me updated at every stage of the process. Thanks again.

Harvey a gem at the Sale branch in Manchester is what every sales person should be.
I have been very patient with the branch since we purchased our car on the 18th December, to date no V5C, and there was surplus amount to be repaid to us, none of which materialised.
Harvey picked the phone up, promised me a phone call once he obtained some answers and he rang me back.
This is what excellent customer service is, which sadly has lost its place in the current society.
Well done Harvey , please don't loose that passion or else you will loose that valuable customer.

This was my first time leasing a car and from start to finish I have utter praise for Connor. He was informative, pleasant, not pushy,professional but most of all an absolute star with helping to fill out all the forms and signing them!
He made the whole experience stress-free and would highly recommend anyone to go and buy a car from him.

Ordered a car. It arrived. Was contacted by Whatsapp on an ad-hoc impolite basis. Was then asked to sign the contract agreement (again only on whatsapp) but it was at a higher price than what we agreed. Was also asked on whatsapp how much deposit I was going to put even though I'd already paid a deposit. Called the sales rep several times and he couldn't be bothered answering. Then received another impersonal whatsapp the next day with an "amended" contract agreement. Had no choice but to pull out. Remember, this is what they do when you buy a car. Doesn't really bold well for the future if things go wrong with the car (and this was a Citroen). So had no choice but to pull out. Proper school leavers.

As I can see that Stellantis have replied to my review Please note the following:-

1) I'm not anonymous. This review was done through their invite. They know exactly who I am.

2) No permission was asked for Whatsapp. They just started doing it like slackers.

3) It's now clear that even head office and their hired team of internet review trolls are school leavers as well.

Kent on the motability desk was very kind and took us through the process of ordering very courteously

Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered a vehicle through a leasing company which stated November delivery. My vehicle was declared ‘missing’ on 6th Dec. I was then told my vehicle was “found, secured and ready to go!” And planned delivery for Friday 20th Jan. I then receive a call on Thursday 19th Jan to state not all deliveries have taken place and only some have! So after paying £1800 in hire cars and still waiting for £400 to be reimbursed. I am probably now back to square one. Avoid at all costs.

So far our experience with Robins and Day has been great . The salesman we spoke to was very helpful and friendly and was happy to take us for a test drive without an appointment.
As we haven’t yet received our car i can’t comment on the next part of the process
