From the initial introduction to our salesperson, John was so helpful and polite and this encouraged us to choose the EV and this dealership. The whole process was managed smoothly and we were able to collect our new car in a short timeframe. John always called back when we left messages and also followed up a few weeks after delivery to make sure we were happy with everything and to offer his help if we needed it. For us, we feel that John was excellent and would certainly offer our recommendations.

We arrived for a scheduled repair, which was a waiting appointment. However, the car park was entirely full and presented significant challenges due to the disorganized parking of new vehicles. This made our attempt to locate a parking space both hazardous and frustrating, and ultimately, we were unable to find any available parking near the repair shop.
Unable to secure a space in the repair area of the car park, we moved on to the second entrance, only to find the situation there was even less favourable. The customer parking entrance was entirely obstructed, and staff directed us to park on the road, which allowed for an hour of free parking.
As a disabled customer—information that is known to Stellantis—I expect accessible on-site parking. However, both designated disabled bays were occupied by new vehicles that did not display blue badges. Upon requesting information about alternative disabled parking, the manager indicated that she was new to her role and could not provide details.
The staff's approach towards disabled clients fell short of expectations for helpful and respectful service. As a provider serving disabled customers, there is an obligation to facilitate easy access to services, which was not met during my visit. Maintaining disabled parking bays for their intended use is essential and should be a priority for the company.

Booked in for a Peugeot 5008 test drive in Nottingham Mansfield. Went for the test drive,and the best part is that they don’t even have the right car for the test drive. Don’t even know then why I was getting calls every single day to book the test drive.
Specially told them my preferred car before booking & they blaming head office for taking the booking without confirming with the site.

Just wasted an hour driving, customer service is awful. Not recommended
