I already had a Peugeot Partner and It suited me fine so because I am now 67 I decided to look for a newer and automatic version. I found one on the internet and it was a good price and in the Stellantis Romford showroom. I made an online form brief enquiry and a short time later a guy called Shahzaib Khan phoned me. Shazaib told me everything I needed to know and even gave me aprice for my old one. Ashort time after he sent me a pro former invoice with the amount offered for my car included in it. Shazaib gave me the assurance that this would be the offer they would stick to so the following Monday I drove down an Shazaib met me at the entrance and after 15 minuits in the sales office I was driving away in a shining 2024 modelwhich was as described - like new

This is the 2nd new Peugeot I have bought from James (now at Romford) and it has been an excellent professional experience.

Lisa, the motability rep, was excellent in the care she offered us. She was very professional but also warm and friendly. We felt very relaxed in her company and fully trusted her experience and advise. When collecting the car Lisa took exceptional care to ensure we would drive away feeling confident to drive the car safely.

I originally visited Stellantis and You Peugeot Romford, simply to have a look at a Peugeot 2008 as I had been browsing online. I am usually very reluctant to engage with sales people through fear of hard sell, however in this case I was greeted by Joseph Smith Duodu who was very relaxed, happy for me to look at the display car in my own time and made himself available for any questions. In the following hour or so, Joseph took me on a test drive, valued my existing car and came up with a deal on a new 2008 that I simply could not refuse. At no point did I feel under pressure to buy either the car or additional products. From order to collection Joseph's service has been impeccable. Contact has always been made at the agreed timescales, and Joseph has explained everything clearly. He is polite, courteous and a credit to the dealership. Overall it has been an excellent experience and I recommend anyone considering purchasing a new Peugeot to go and see Joseph in Romford.

Extremely disappointing customer service – no response for almost two months

I placed an order for a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) on 15 May and, despite waiting for almost two months, I have still not received the document or any meaningful update.

During this time I have:

Called multiple times.
Sent several emails.
Submitted enquiries through the official Contact Us form.
Raised a formal complaint.
Requested either delivery of the CoC or a refund.
Asked for an explanation regarding the delay.

Unfortunately, every attempt has been ignored. There has been no communication, no estimated delivery date, and no response to my complaint.

As a paying customer, I expected a far more professional level of service from Stellantis. Delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable.

I hope someone from Stellantis will finally review my case, provide an explanation, and either issue my Certificate of Conformity immediately or process a full refund.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Visited Stellantis Romford today to view/compare a couple of used 2008’s that my wife & I were interested in, dealt with Charlie in the Used Sales team, very happy with the experience, wasn’t pushed in any particular direction, gave us space to look over the two cars & make our own minds up, we test drove our favoured one, Charlie was enthusiastic, friendly & informative, pointing out various features & explaining them clearly. Arranged a deal on a 2008 GT Hybrid that we’re very happy with so would definitely recommend Stellantis Romford if looking for a used Peugeot.

Five months ago I purchased an 18Reg Citroen C3 with 23000 miles. It emerged that this car had been involved in an accident resulting in rusting components such as steering column and rear near side door out of line and rattling.
So far Stellantis have done nothing to address the problems just empty promises that Manager Mr Mark ? will call me.
Anyone purchasing a vehicle from Stellantis need to be very careful.
