I came in today and met with Vikesh for a Vauxhall Mokka under notability scheme. He was extremely helpful and welcoming made it a lovely experience would definitely recommend him to my family members looking for cars. He explained everything thouroughly and made my family and I feel extremely comfortable and welcome.

In all honesty, I have always bought my cars from Vauxhall mainly because I like the simplicity of the cars. In the past, I have usually found the staff uncaring, cold, and unwelcoming.

However, this time around, I went to another branch in Edgware, and from the moment I walked in, there was a difference. The staff were welcoming and friendly; it felt almost as if I already knew them. Naturally, due to past experiences, I was a bit apprehensive. Then I was introduced to my salesperson, Mohammad Zarrin.

He was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the cars. He even offered me a drink! Mohammad helped me to my chair and treated me with respect, as witnessed by my cousin who came with me. On that particular day, I had just left the hospital and basically wanted the process over and done with. However, Mo was different. He handled all the paperwork courteously and efficiently.

I don't often provide feedback because I believe if you don't have anything good to say, say nothing at all. But I couldn't let this slide. The fact that Mo is not originally from the UK, based on his name, shows that we have much to learn from him. I felt like a celebrity and not just another number.

In addition, I have an unseen disability that is quite debilitating. Mo showed me all the controls, going beyond his time to ensure I was happy every step of the way. I know he was genuine and not just doing his job. At Vauxhall, for the last couple of years, I have never experienced such service.

The whole staff team I met that day were also very courteous and friendly, contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

I will certainly recommend others. Life is so easy when we treat others how we expect to be treated. Thank you very much, MOHAMMAD.

Im not one to usually leave a review but my experience at Stellantis in Edgware was refreshing. Although I didn’t end up making a purchase, the salesman Viks was a true delight to talk to. What stood out was his genuine care for my needs, knowledge of the cars on display and non-pushy approach. After such great service I have gone on to recommend a few close friends and family members as they have good selection of cars and great customer service.

Purchased a car through Vauxhall Edgware. Whole experience was a pleasant one due to friendly staff. Namely Viks. Viks was extremely professional and courteous, he was very attentive and knowledgeable and helped in the whole process being smooth. I would definitely recommend Vauxhall Edgware and Viks based of my past experience.

I picked up my new car today and the handover was done professionally with a detail explanation and test drive so i could get used to the car. I would like to thank Mo for his friendly and approachable attitude and taking his time not trying to rush me. Overall excellent service

If could rate lower I would.
A) was rude and condescending through all and every interaction.
B) appointment availability was over a month away
C) was told would take an hour and could wait, then took 3 days (for a diagnostic of a read code that simple needed a BIS clear out, no physical work). They hadn’t started the work until 16:00 after a 09:30 drop off.
D) charged for 2 hours for this
E) having looked at comparison estimates (time for work in hour AND their price per hour is far higher, but that is to be espected vs the it takes 3+ hours when others say 1-2 is not) - they inflated their estimates heavily. And compared to actual

Inflation he only positive thing I have to say is the car was cleaned prior to returning it to me

The man I dealt with was very well informed kind happy helpful to the point that he helped me pick a car more suited to my needs than the car I actually went to see. I went to see a citreon but he also showed me a vauxhal that had so many extras that suited my needs really well. He was very knowledgeable and I felt very reassured he new what he was talking about. I left very happy that I had the right vehicle.

When I arrived at the Vauxhall, Edgware branch Vik was very professional and knowledgeable and pointed me to the right direction to a car which was suitable for me. He listened to my needs and guided me to the right direction in which I chose a vauxhall car in the end. He made me feel comfortable and provided me excellent customer service all the way through.
