Well, never again will I deal with this company to purchase a car.
Stay away from the franchise in Preston.
I was supposed to collect the car on 2nd December 2025 and two days before, I was told the car had not been transferred to the showroom from Hatfield.
I was told it would be delivered to Preston and it would be ready on 4th December - two days late. I was also told the car was pristine given that it was one year old.
After eventually paying for and collecting the car, I drove home. I was not given the opportunity to view the car beforehand as the Sales Representative escorted me straight into the showroom.
It wasn’t until I was at home and the next day, when I noticed the chips on the side of the door and scratches in the door handle.
After 40+ emails back and forth, they eventually resolved the issue.
Not a good experience and one I would never want to repeat!! I will be staying away from this car company forever.

Perfect even when you're a nightmare customer
Very helpful and understanding of my needs and previous issues with vehicles. Kishan Patel went above and beyond finding me a new car within budget when I was only looking for a used car due to cost.

Superb service
I would like to say the service I received when purchasing a used BMW 2 series tourer from Mark Pilkington, was absolutely superb. He was very informative and helpful, not at all pushy, like most car sales people I’ve come across. I would have no hesitation in purchasing a car from Stellantis Preston and would 100% be dealing with Mark. Thanks again Sam Mitchell
