Just ordered my new lease car from Stellantis & You in Stockport - a Vauxhall Grandland Ultimate in spectrum blue. Amazing service as always from this dealership in particular with Tom who always goes over and beyond. Can't wait to drive this amazing car in a few weeks.

My daughter recently picked up her new Grandland Ultimate in graphic grey from Stockport Stellantis on a 2-year PCL, and she’s absolutely delighted with it.
This is our fifth year returning to the dealership, and we’ve always received great service. A big thank you to Tom and Phil for their patience and support throughout.

My daughter bought a VW Tiguan from Tom in Stockport. We travelled from just outside Glasgow after we saw the car on the internet and doing the deal over the phone. We could’ve bought a car from a well known dealership in Scotland who has the monopoly when it comes to selling cars, but due to having had a number of bad experiences previously, I decided to try further afield. The car had a couple of issues with it, but once I had pointed these out, Tom said get them sorted and I would be reimbursed. And that’s exactly what happened. Although it took a few weeks, We were reimbursed as promised. Tom and Stellantis reinstated my confidence in buying a used car and I would definitely buy again from them . Too marks to Tom and Stellantis. Thanks…..”I’ll be back”!

Great experience with our car in for service today Ian picked it up on time this morning was lovely and friendly and dropped back off same day very pleased

My husband’s car has had multiple issues, Daniel from the service desk was very helpful and got them all sorted and also ensured we had a courtesy car while the work was being carried out. Would highly recommend, and will use this dealership again.

STAY WELL CLEAR!
Booked in for a full service, After collecting the car noticed the service light wasn’t turned off & service book not stamped & not even the correct car on the invoice either! They only did an Oil change & when questioning them on this i was told “ We didn’t know what’s included in a full service “ To me that’s rather worrying considering it’s something they do on a daily basis!
Contacted them many times to get this sorted and the issues keep getting ignored & I keep getting fobbed off with them changing the subject!
Took over a month to get a part refund for the stuff they didn’t do as they kept lying and delaying it, Only after threatening them with legal action they processed a part refund!

I am still upto now waiting for them to resolve the other issues yet getting no response!
If i was you STAY CLEAR as im still convinced they haven’t done a service & they aren’t providing any proof of it being done that i have requested many times in atleast 10 emails I have sent!
Terrible after care & really unprofessional!!

Great dealership would highly recommend, Sead was a great help with getting me the best deal for a Vauxhall mokka and for all the assistance along the way. Absolutely love my new car.
A family member is in the process of upgrading to a brand new Vauxhall thanks to the experience I have received.

Well, after being contacted by the after-sales manager, he opened a few doors to get the van sorted ASAP, which was 10 days earlier than the Diag appointment. So it looks like you only need to talk to the right person to get things done.

Very nice cheerful and friendly pick up driver ,Ian. Speedy and efficient service, as usual. All very good.

Ian was very courteous and arrived to pick my car up as scheduled.
He went through the procedure very carefully and answered all my questions.

This was a brilliant experience, Ian was on time, knew exactly what he was doing and made pick up and drop off a pleasant and trouble free procedure.

Phoned to book a car on the mobility scheme in for it's yearly service. Polite and helpful staff helped us through the booking offering us complimentary pick up and drop off service (which with limited mobility is a huge help). On the day was helped by a wonderful Ian who collected the car from our drive then returned it ,washed, on completion of the service. Looking forward to next years service already.

My car was booked in for a service, I arranged for the car to be picked up and returned. I was contacted by Ian from stellantis, on the morning off the service. He picked the car up at the time he stated, was very polite and informed me of the arrangements for returning the car. Great communication with Ian and stellantis. Car was returned clean inside and out. Great service. Thank you.

My daughter bought a used car (3yrs old) in June. Twice I requested local dealers Stellantis Stockport and Arnold Clark Stretford to provide a quotation for a 3 or 4 yr service contract. No response from either. Given up.

Absolutely shocking service, after booking my car in over 4 weeks ago and arranged a courtesy car, arrayed at 8 in the morning to be told by miserable service staff they can’t look at my car because it’s a 65 plate and told me it’s down to the bookings team and not them, should you not all be working together instead of booking customers in with 65 plate cars I even got text reminders about my appointment why was this not picked up before I arrived terrible customer service
