The support is good but when you ask for a refund, it is mission impossible, even you have reason. Our company is going to report to the authorities. The tool is complicate to manager, you need to give global admin permissions to all users, WHY? It duplicates item’s it you run again, if one failed. the licenses run away; it is always success but at the end is not. Well, we lost a day with the support and tool and no refund. The 30 Days Back guarantee is a lie

Great software, but In our case we would need to specify custom destination directory when exporting data from EDB to Office 365 (so the recovered data wont end up in the root directory of user mailboxes, but within custom directory, f.e. /recovered/...)
