Solid product and support. I've been using it for a long time and it resolved my issues many a times. user friendly and easy to use. convert. Used for litigation & currently using for M365. I could easily use this to resolve my groupwise issues. recommend to everyone.

Only issue is that licensing can only be on 1 device for tech license that is the higher cost version

This software meets a need for our office to assist with a conversion. It can be cumbersome but it a great way to move accumulated emails from Groupwise that does not involve carpal-tunnel-inducing issues related to drag-and-drop. Customer service is wonderful - Sanket was so very helpful - as I am not a formally trained IT specialist.
Software was working very good and did his job, also the support for installation issues was working hard on a solution.

Software works great for exporting PST's from old system. Support is fast.

It is very useful but wish it was able to convert even corrupt emails and, on some emails, it did not convert the attachments.
Quality of the Software is very questionable.
