I was able to convert GW archive mailboxes to .PST successfully. I am happy with my purchase.

Used this for an urgent mailbox export, then contacted support because I had to move the license. The kb instructions about moving the license were only for an older version and I had to contact support. I used the chat link and to my surprise had a working license key on my new installation within minutes. Thank you! I hope to have a good experience with the archive export aspect of the product and its batch capability as well, I have not yet had opportunity to test all the features which is why I can only give 4 stars at moment. But for the cost, this is a really good option for those of us pulling data from older email systems.
