The product is helping me solve a really critical issue. I had a problem figuring out how to disable the encryption for the iTunes backup and I contacted phone service. The agent was extremely patient and efficient and was able to help me solve the problem. Stellar Data Recovery for iPhone is an extremely helpful tool to help fix problems with unexpected data losses on the iPhone. In my case, I had hundreds of pictures disappear from iPhotos without reason. Stellar Data Recovery for iPhone is my only hope to recover the photos. The software is easy and intuitive, but most importantly technical support is excellent, which is often more critical than the app itself. I highly recommend Stellar Data Recovery to anyone who needs to recover data from the iPhone. Thanks.Swatantra
