Stellar did an amazing job by spending over an hour with me to find a solution that was impossible to find without him and had not been documented anywhere before. Stellar Data is excellent with recovering data including old BAK bookmark files with Google Chrome.

I had issues with installing the software, when i called the technical depart ,Saloni Mate picked up the call and explained the steps i needed to take to install the software properly, unfortunately i am not good with tech world .she went above and beyond asking me if its okay i share my screen with her so she could assist me virtually, she was kind, polite and patient with me. She did finally connect ,downloaded the I tune i needed to proceed and installed the software. She did all this without complaining of anything. I m happy and appreciative of her extreme assistance. I am happy as well that she was the one who picked up the call. She is representing Staller so well.
