I lost some important files I had because I accidentally formatted a drive and with the help of the amazing Stellar Data Recovery Professional for Mac. I was able to recover these important documents. I thought that my data might be lost forever, but the software performed a deep scan, and was able to retrieve all of my photos, documents, and other important data from the damaged/formatted drive. One thing was so helpful with the preview feature that I was able to check to see what files were going to be recovered, in case I didn't want to continue with the recovery. They were very professional, responsive and helpful when I needed any support. All in all, my experience with both the software as well as the stellar support team is positive.

I’m had a micro SD card that became corrupted, which put some very valuable videos at risk. I was desperate to restore them, and found Stellar. The price was high but competitive for a highly rated product. I was able to restore my card and retrieve my data. That was a big, big deal. Auto-renewal policy is seven days’ notice, which is adequate, and customer service is surprisingly responsive.
