I would like to provide feedback with regards to your customer service assistant to provide assistance to me today (9 September 2022) based in Sydney, Australia regarding my account. Swatantra Sharma provided kind, respectful, prompt, accurate, took initiative, investigated and resolved my enquiry within 10 mins speaking on the online service provided from your website. Swatantra Sharma enquired kindly about my issue, I provided Invoice ID and advised that our account had been charged without any prior email notification as that we were unable to de-active the account and there is no phone number for us to reach anyone on. This was promptly investigated by Swatantra Sharma, responding back to me advising me of how apologetic they were about the situation and would credit our account and funds would reach our nominated account no later than 10 business days. I was also provided with a Reference Number in case of an issue. I also asked to please deactivate the account, which was also kindly addressed. I couldn't have asked for a kinder, understanding and caring customer service assistant to have addressed my enquiry. An ABSOLUTE ASSET to the organisation and organisation name representing the business at the forefront addressing customer enquiries. I was initially very very upset but following this 5 STAR rating service provided, not only will I return to utilise your services and other services provided but will also recommend to family and friends. PLEASE EXTEND this email to Swatantra Sharma, to ensure how I am grateful for the assistance I was provided with today. Thank you again!
